I was more than satisfied with my Zoom modem. Have had bad experiences with Surfboard models in the past. I upgraded internet so thought I would try just to see if there was an improvement. I work from home and run voice over my ip connection. This modem rocks! It has more channels of download than my Zoom but it is absolutely consistent. Would buy again!

This modem is working well now for a few weeks, after we replaced it, however within the first 24 hours it stopped working. Luckily I have the insurance on the modem so if I get another lemon it will get covered for replacement. I used to test modems for comcast and the surfboard was always one of their most reliable modems. However The surfboard used to be made by Motorolla and now Arris so I am not sure if this is why we experienced a quality failure. But I hope this last for years to come. Got tired of renting at 10 bucks a month, I just need it to pay for itself.

Product works great. It was able to double my internet speeds and was an easy setup.

I don't quite know how to rate this. It's not like it's a car with a lot of features and characteristics to use it... It's a modem, it works, it achieves my full allotted internet speed. I can play stadia perfectly well with it and my router... I don't have internet blackouts for my devices.... It seems perfect!

This modem fixed all of our issues! Awesome speed and at a great price. No issues.

I brought this to replace my Net gear CM500 which worked great. The plug took a trash on that one, so I just went an brought another modem for my wireless connections. So far this works just as good if not better than my Net gear. I have no complaints so for.

If your current broadband connection = or is <400Mbps, and you want to upgrade to gigabit connection, you'll NEED THIS! YEAH... they don't tell you that until you're half way into your broadband upgrade and you're kinda past the point of no return. Save yourself the headache, and get this before you even start the process. It'll make life SO MUCH easier.

This cable modem works very well, providing a stable connection and has not required a reboot in the time I’ve had it. My only complaint is that it is not delivering the same speed that my cable company’s modem did. My contract is for 200Mbps down and 20Mbps Up which my cable company’s modem delivered consistently. This modem, for some reason, delivers about 185/15, this 4 stars.

Easy to set up and speeds are great Lots of users and speeds dont slow down at home

Worked out of the box like a champ with charter. Sales person talked me into the cheaper one and I'm glad he did. The one I had was over 200.00 and stopped working with spectrum. This little beast knocked it out of the park for me.
