My ISP had trouble finding the modem when they first try to provision it, but we were able to get it working about an hour after hooking it up. I've had no problems since then and I've noticed an instant improvement in download speeds and overall better quality of signal.

Great modem, used it with AirPort Extreme on xfinity and had speeds of over 170mbps

This was purchased to replace the modem/router supplied by Time Warner Cable. I purchased this unit along with an Eero 2 pack in hopes of fixing weak signals and dropped connections to the far side of my home. This unit along with the Eero's fixed the problem and my signal strength to the back of the house is now 100%. This modem was very easy to setup and have had no problems in 2 months of usage.

Provides great wifi. It was easy to set up and install as well.

My old modem couldn't keep up with kids remote schooling and me working from home. This new one has been working fine for about a month now. No problems at all. I will say that the lights on the front seem excessively bright, but you could always locate this out of sight in a cabinet if that is a problem for you.

Very nice piece of equipment. Easy to set up by following the instructions. But you have to be patient as it searches to hook up to your home network. Some of the indicator light colors don’t match up with the setup instructions but it all worked out. I am very pleased with this upgrade to my existing router.

Geek squad rep came to house and tested wifi signal. Suggested Separate modem and router. Purchased this good modem and connected with mesh network Google 3 pack. Best signal ever had. Beats paying per month for Cable Co modem which has failed and had to be replaced 3 times in one year., From 3rd floor of house to basement with concrete walls 2 floors down getting 225 speed.

It was very easy to set up, works very well and for the price I am saving a lot for not payins for spectrums modem.

This Arris SB6190 replaced a near 8 year old Motorola/Arris SB6141 cable modem that served us well. There are posts that this particular cable modem runs hot.. We have had this cable modem for about 2 1/2 months now, and so far it has worked OK. The performance for the price with it on sale seems worth the money.

Awesome Modum, super fast speeds and really Reliable

This is a good modem especially if you Game. I bought it because my internet had been very slow. Turned out to be my provider package. I tried activating it with charter business account and I wasn’t allowed to. But you can connect it with a charter residential account. So I returned it since I moved over to residential internet and they have me a brand new modem

I resisted getting my own mode for a long time, but after Xfinity's modem kept dropping the connection, I finally gave in and bought it when it was on sale. The difference in reliability was night and day - I can finally access the internet at all hours with strong confidence that my connection will not drop. Now I am kicking myself every day as to why I haven't taken the plunge sooner.
