I brought this to replace my Net gear CM500 which worked great. The plug took a trash on that one, so I just went an brought another modem for my wireless connections. So far this works just as good if not better than my Net gear. I have no complaints so for.

It is fast and takes up very little space. It works well with Cox internet.

I constantly had WiFi issues, dead spots and slow internet. I purchased this with the Eero 3 pack and now my family enjoys great service throughout our home. I would recommend the Arris Surfboard as it was easy to setup and will pay for itself as it replaced the rental modem from the cable company at $10 / month. This is a no brainier...reliable internet, easy setup, and will pay for itself.

I decided to cut the Comcast rental cord so after reading favorable online reviews I purchased this modem at my local Best Buy. It took a while with a Comcast online chat representative to get it added to my account, but once done it has worked like a champ. No problems what so ever. It does appear to be faster than my old one but the best part is it will be paid off in rental savings before I know it.

I noticed the difference in speed immediately. Very easy setup. Works with Comcast.

Just imagine my surprise when I switched from a DOCSIS 2.0 modem! Think about your webpages these days, all these jokers puking live content and adds into your search and surf. We at least all those individual http requests won't have to sit in a queue. Buy yourself a decent up/down speed and you'll barely have to wait. Otherwise no annoying issues like randomly needing to reset the thing.

I know enough about routers/modems to get myself into all kinds of trouble. Mind you, the last time i bought a modem was 8 years ago. I blocked off a half a day to install the modem, but it only took about 15 minutes to install & the instructions were easy to follow. Hardest part was calling my ISP to allow the router to connect to their network. Very user friendly, especially for a novice like me.

works fantastic with charter spectrum. Gives me the 100Mbs internet speed that they claim. Installing was easy, just plug it in and follow the instructions on your laptop once you hardwire a connection to the modem and BAM! charter adjusts the settings to the arris and then you can return they rent a modem. I also have it coupled with the netgear nighthawk ac1900 smart wifi router.

This is my second ARRIS cable Modem. The first lasted five years before I started seeing issues it. I've had the new modem for a month now and I've had no issues. It was easy to install and I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. Also, I use the modem with a Linksys Dual-Band router.

Works great. Hooked up and it started to work after cable company pinged a signal and added it to their system.

This modem does a great job with high speeds. No issues here.

Have this router for about a year and all is well. No problems at all with broadband. Cut the cord and all my TV is streaming. No lags. Besides, got rid of that pesky Cable Modem rental fee from my Internet Provider. Great router and save money. Can't go wrong.

Purchased this modem to reduce monthly bill from spectrum for my internet package. This modem does the job well. The 32 downstreams and 8 upstreams keep the performance at its highest potential even with many users at the same time. I would recommend this modem to anyone who is looking for one.

Wanted to ditch the cable company modem rental fees, so bought this & a Google WiFi 3 pack. Handles everything I have thrown at it with ease. I'm a cord cutter for 3 years now so I need good internet & WiFi . I have Wave Broadband 250 and my average speed is 258 for the last 6 months, so I would say it is working excellent.

This modem works great and was easy to setup as well.
