No interruptions, great reception that is constant!!

Purchased this to replace the modem furnished by Sparklight. It takes up less of a footprint being smaller in size. Saved me from paying the rental fee on my monthly bill. It also got rid of an obnoxious problem where I had to refresh the net connection everytime my Mac was idle. Very pleased. A+

This cable modem is fantastic for the price. It is 32×8 channels and i never had any connections issues. It works eith my Google nest wifi and im getting 300MB. I recommend it over netgear cm1100 that never worked with my Google wifi.

This modem was easy to install, and works flawlessly.

Little did I realize how bad my previous modem was until I bought this one. My internet is so much faster and I am able to have the log into my office computer and it is truly like I am sitting at my desk at work. Kudos to the Best Buy Sales People for getting this setup together for me.

My old modem with my 200MBS speed plan from Spectrum would speed test at 235. With this modem i get 335 without increasing my plan. Higher speeds with a one time purchase rather than a monthly price increase. Fantastic!

Easy to install, small not taking up much space & works great!

I bought this modem for my parent's house to replace the old one, definitely needed. Its not a DOCSIS 3.1 but it has 32 downstream channels and 8 upstream I think but its night and day from the first gen D3 4 channel downstream I first bought years ago. It has been consistent speeds even with the old wiring in the condo I will upgrade later.

I got tired of paying my ISP a monthly rental fee. I also upgraded from 150 mbps to 250 so I needed a new modem. Its paid for and it mine. I have had no issues. It works great. I recommend anyone with cable internet to purchase their own modem and this is a fantastic option at a great price.
