After setting this up coupled with orbi, everything works flawlessly! Everything in my house works off of WiFi (cellular calling bc no cell service), WiFi based landline, stream-over-internet cable provider, smart home items based on WiFi, ect.. once i set this up, things have been seamless. Steady, fast performance! Glad I went with arris.

The Arris SURFboard replaced my SB6141 as my provider increased the speeds from 200Mb to 400Mb. It performs as advertised. The only comment I have is that a restart of the modem is a fair bit slower than the SB6141. To be fair, this could be due to the extra amount of channels it has to setup compared to my old one. Speeds have gone up a fair bit all over the house. Overall I am very pleased with the unit.

Good router. No wi-fi. My previous Arris modem died. Needed to replace it. Asked bestbuy kid for a suggestion of a modem with the basics... just needed WiFi and streaming. He suggested this. Got home, hooked it up... no WiFi. Thankfully, I had a Velop cube that works, and use that for wi-fi. Decided to keep this because I really like the small size of the modem. It easily stores out of the way.

Works as intended with Spectrum! Easy to set up, had no issues. Just plug and connect it via wired to your system to test or to your separate router. With the eero pro hooked up we were getting speeds higher then advertised from the provider in our speed test.

Love this gadget, saves me about 15 dollars a month and works awesome. Have it setup with a mesh system and it does great. Installation is the only part that might take you a couple minutes more to setup. But is not complicated some basic computer knowledge will make this setup easier.

Our old cable modem overheated and quit working. Needed to replace ASAP. Used online order/store pickup to buy this replacement. Order was waiting for us when we arrived. Worked with TWC tech support to get it activated/provisioned and we were back on the air within two hours. Modem works great, we get our full 200 Mb download speed and life is good again.
