Modem is very fast. Has great response time. Very easy to setup

Have had this modem for a number of months now. Previously, I would have to reset the cable companies modem multiple times per week and service seemed slower. I have not needed to reset this once and our overall speed has increased slightly. Well worth it considering what I was leasing theirs for, I will only have to wait a year to make my money back.

i own a nighthawk XR500 that pair perfectly with this modem i haven't get any Lag problem so far since bought it the only problem is the x1 compatibility for those who like x1 in my case i use my gaming router phone app to configure and check everything

I had been paying for Xfinity equipment rental fees for years, but I finally wised up and bought this Arris unit. No issues whatsoever thus far - just needed to call Comcast to activate it, and it’s working great. I’m using the Google WiFi mesh network with 3 access points and I’ve been very pleased with my internet’s performance.

I needed to upgrade my cable modem and purchased this ARRIS model SB6190 as it met my internet service provider's requirements. Works well and was very easy to set up. One minor complaint is the green lights on the front of the modem are very dim which makes it difficult to tell if they are even on. Wish they were brighter. The blue lights on front of the modem, however, are much brighter.

TWC/Spectrum supplied modem had to be rebooted at least once a day for weeks. Their support was useless, so we bought this Arris Surfboad. It set up easily but took Spectrum support way too long to add it to our account. But once it was done, it has been great and increased wireless download speed by 10%! Should have bought it long ago!

Upgraded the home internet and need a new modem. Having the old surfboard that was very reliable and easy to use, this was an obvious choice and recommended for the ISP. Set up was a breeze, the ISP took a bit to find the MAC on the device, bit once it synced, haven't had an issue since.

Works great. Had been using the modem my cable company gave me with issues a couple of times a week. Since switching to this modem have not had a single problem.
