Great modium , fast , easy to programmer, great price

I bought this product to because I was told it would improve the speed of my Internet. The previous modem I had was not giving me the speed I was promised by the Cable company. When I put this motor man my house and had it activated, I tested the speed and it exceeded my expectations. It works great!

I got tired of "renting" my Comcast cable modem and purchased an Arris Docsis replacement. I was skeptical about how easy the replacement would be. I researched several online articles about how to replace the existing gateway. It was so easy and the new cable modem has been rock solid. I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

The price was very good for all that you get out of it. We upgraded our internet speed with Xfinity and needed to get a new modem. The Best Buy sales associate was great and suggested this one. Works great, very easy to set up, couldn't be happier!

With Xfinity increasing the speed and bandwidth of its Internet/WiFi services, I had to upgrade to a different modem. This Arris Surfboard fits my needs perfectly and was easy to install. The staff person who helped was knowledgeable in what I needed, taking all the guesswork out of my purchase.

Well it was time for us to upgrade our net gear router we bought 7 years ago from Best Buy. To this particular one. Easy setup easy install and now can handle our faster speed and current technology and our modem doesn’t keep going off and on and at weird times and less buffering !

We were looking for better speeds and we got it with this modem! It’s way better than what we got from our service provider and it saves us the expense of renting one as well! Highly recommend this modem! We have a son using Xbox live, 4 cell phones, 3 iPads and tv streaming, and this modem is perfect...no lagging!

This is the 2nd one I have bought to update to the new Docsis standard. I had a cable installer tell me to get these rather than rent because they are faster and better than what they supply. It is also cheaper in the long run!

I was having horrible issues with my internet speed and wifi connections in my house. My internet provider could never seem to fix my problem. Finally, I purchased my own modem and router and my problems are fixed. My speed has tripled with this new modem. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting great internet speed.

Easy to set up and it works great right out of the box.

Get if you are satisfied with medium speed internet. Typical users browsing and reading email can save money with medium-speed internet. I upgraded to 400 Mbps and a 3.1 modem improved speed by 20%. I went with 3.1 but I work online in an IT job. This older 3.0 version should be cheaper and work fine.

We love our new Arris 6190 cable modem. We are getting super fast speeds both up and down.

Bought this to get away from the cable company’s outrageous charges for a small piece of crap router and I did my homework on which one to buy and have NOT been disappointed at all. This thing works great in our home and signal is awesome!!!
