Easy set up, fast, no worries. I would recommend it.

I replaced a Motorola cable modem with this unit via Comcast cable internet. Worked great and just needed to use an automated comcast process once connected to the network to have them recognize the new modem's MAC address. Setup time was about 10 mins.

The main reason I purchased this cable modem was because the TWC (Time Warner Cable) modem had to be replaced every month like clock work. They were also charging me a rental fee for their piece of junk. Now I'm saving eight dollars a month and haven't made any calls to TWC about my modem crapping out. Yabba Dabba Do!!!!!!

Upgraded from a previous model. Very fast and reliable.

This cable modem seems to be very fast and reliable.

Very easy to setup with Comcast - be sure to read the Comcast "how to" site and register your phone to receive the access code before starting. Only drawback I see is if you are using the modem in a bedroom; the front panel LEDs are bright and there is no way to configure them (but masking tape works well).

I should have purchased the cable modem years ago versus renting one. The internet speed seems much faster with no lag time compared the rented modem.

Purchased this modem to replace identical one damaged by lightning power surge. Previous one worked well and this one does the same. From my experience ARRIS makes quality, reliable, and therefore "trustworthy" products, which I appreciate. I'm a happy customer with the modem and with Best Buy!!

Our internet speed was lagging. We had a call into our internet company and they were scheduled to come repair our lines coming into the house since they were damaged and old. We decided to update all our equipment indoors and all seems to be working properly and we do notice faster speeds and multiple connections.

Super fast, great price/value, highly recommend it.

This worked perfectly with my Comcast service. I pay for 50 Mbps and using this equipment I'm getting 66mbps. No issues at all and only small issue is the blue leds are super bright. It would be great to have a switch to turn off the indicators since it's in my bedroom. I highly recommend this to friends and family.

My old Arris SurfBoard modem was working just fine, but Comcast decided that it was too old to allow for simultaneous DVR recording and video playback while casually browsing the web. Bought this modem because it hit the sweet spot of speed and price for DOCSYS 3.0. It does what you'd expect and does it well.

Comcast charges different rates for different speeds. Pretty typical but they never seem to show the speed you are supposed to get on your bill, after some searching and digging, they recommended to replace the modem. New modem went from 17Mbs down load to 75Mbps and upload and more tthan doubled my speed

Good little modem. Very fast and easy to install. The blue light Is a little too bright but overall it's OK.

This Modem is awesome. Has stable connectivity good speed. Also compatible with my internet provider.

I use this modem in conjunction with a netgear nighthawk r7000 router to stream ps vue and all kinds of movies off VUDU never even has a hesitation it takes roughly two seconds for any and all show or app to start and never has a buffer glitch! This is by far he modem of choice if you are going to cut the cable cord.
