This works great. Quit paying to rent one If you are you are getting robbed

It is pretty easy to setup, if you are not a novice.

Good speed. Setup is fairly self explanatory. Only one port so definitely need a router or Ethernet switch.

Set up was easy. Downloaded updates quickly and speed is great. No complaint s.

Modem price is not cheap but the xfinity internet set up is simple without additional steps outside of xfinity instruction

Item works as it should, have had no issues since purchasing it 1 month ago, be sure to check with your provider first before purchasing, turns out i needed a docsis 3.1 to get 1 gig down despite 3.0 being capable of that speed, I ended up downgrading to the 300 mb/s service instead which is still fine

This is such a good modem for my purposes. Not renting from internet service company is a good savings over just a few short months. This was easy to install and even the Comcast help was without issue. I recommend this highly.

Always like Motorola brand. Used the 2-in-1 modem router 5 years ago because it's restarting itself more frequently than usual. Asked Charter, and they said the equipment model I'm using, they are no longer supporting it. So decided to get modem and router separately. Have been using it for 2 months and love it.

My mbps went up 10mbps. Very smooth. Upped my speed especially when hardwired. I had no connection issues.

Works great with Cox's 300 mb/s service. My only complaint about the whole experience was that the less expensive modems that said they were capable of delivering such speeds didn't. I would consider this model as a minimum for getting the 300 mb/s speed.

Since the sale of TW Cable to Charter, my internet speed was raised. With a new promo deal, my bandwidth was increased to 200x20. My original Arris modem that I bought several years ago topped out at 100Mb/s download. This modem can bond up to 32 channels for a download speeds approaching 1 gig. This modem should last me several years given its greater capacity

After years of using a combined modem/router I went to separate components after my old modem failed. My speed improved pretty dramatically with the Arris modem and my internet service seems to be more stable. I don't understand why people pay Comcast $10 a month for a cheap modem/router that costs about $50.

I have ran it for a few weeks and so far it has worked perfectly. I have a separate wifi systems so I just needed the cable modem piece to avoid rental costs.

I had an identical item that worked initially, but over the last couple of months it wasn't working so well. A salesman suggested that perhaps there was a power surge and that it affected my model. I exchanged it for another one and, so far, the new one has been working very well!

Setup was quick and easy with a call to the cable company. No problems with it at all. If I had a gripe it would be that the l.e.d.s on the front are a bit too bright. It's in a room that is dark most of the time and they can get distracting. But that's with pretty much all modems nowadays.
