Item works as it should, have had no issues since purchasing it 1 month ago, be sure to check with your provider first before purchasing, turns out i needed a docsis 3.1 to get 1 gig down despite 3.0 being capable of that speed, I ended up downgrading to the 300 mb/s service instead which is still fine

Since the sale of TW Cable to Charter, my internet speed was raised. With a new promo deal, my bandwidth was increased to 200x20. My original Arris modem that I bought several years ago topped out at 100Mb/s download. This modem can bond up to 32 channels for a download speeds approaching 1 gig. This modem should last me several years given its greater capacity

Excellent product. Easy to install and easy use !!!

After years of using a combined modem/router I went to separate components after my old modem failed. My speed improved pretty dramatically with the Arris modem and my internet service seems to be more stable. I don't understand why people pay Comcast $10 a month for a cheap modem/router that costs about $50.

It works like a charm. I've been renting a modem from my internet provider for $10.00 a month. Their service is great and because of that I will stay with them for a long time. So I thought purchasing my own modem would save me money and actually it will pay for itself in a few months. Very worth acquisition.

I bought this to replace an internet company rental. The speeds and channels that this is capable of are much greater than I need, so I have not experienced and latency issues like I did with the internet providers rental. Great buy, and well worth the few extra dollars for the lesser performing models.

Had trouble with slow speeds and dead spots in wifi connection in my home. Got rid of the cable modem and replaced with this modem and the Linksys Velop wifi and both speed and reception are greatly improved. Don't know why I waited so long. Especially with the $10 per month savings on the cable modem lease fee.

Setup was quick and easy with a call to the cable company. No problems with it at all. If I had a gripe it would be that the l.e.d.s on the front are a bit too bright. It's in a room that is dark most of the time and they can get distracting. But that's with pretty much all modems nowadays.

I should have purchased the cable modem years ago versus renting one. The internet speed seems much faster with no lag time compared the rented modem.

Put this in our home, rather than the monthly fees we pay spectrum,we decided to own our own modem. Because we have vonage, we needed a two port system. Set up easy and runs without a hitch. We also have a NETGEAR 3200 nighthawk, so I turned off the router portion of the modem, to use less resources.

Purchased new modem to accommodate increased ISP internet speed. This modem was acceptable to Spectrum. Had owned an earlier ARRIS modem model and it worked fine. This one works great.

I was leasing my modem and router from my isp and i decide to purchase my own. I purchased this modem and the linksys velop, mannn i completly love the new speeds. You wont be dissapointed, specially if you have in mind getting the gigabit internet. This thing will handle it with no problem.

Bought this to replace an older Surfboard modem. So far, this modem easily supports speeds in excess of 500Mbps and has been reliable. I’m hoping its performance will live up to its predecessor. Having your own equipment like this does save money in the long run and also allows for choice too when it comes to switching services and being able to utilize Best Buy’s Geek Squad services if needed. Recommended.

A Best Buy employee showed us several options - this was mid-range and sounded good. It was a good purchase. I'm really not a tech guy - but had no problems hooking it up. THANKS to Best Buy for the advice. Over time this is a better deal than renting the equipment from the Cable company.

This is a great modem that allows Very fast speeds depending on your service provider. Getting a full 300 Mbps with my service provider which is what I subscribe to. Cable internet technician was impressed with the speed. Easy to set up. Would recommend.

I purchased this modem 3 months ago to replace my 5 year old SB621 modem. I am extremely happy with it so far. Recently I upgraded my internet speed to 300Mbps and this modem handles it very well. The channel bonding functionality is great and works great! I recommend this modem to anyone without any hesitation.
