Working well. My old modem had failed and didn't know which one to buy. Agent suggested buying two options and return the item not needed. I did that and all is good.

I bought this to replace an internet company rental. The speeds and channels that this is capable of are much greater than I need, so I have not experienced and latency issues like I did with the internet providers rental. Great buy, and well worth the few extra dollars for the lesser performing models.

I was leasing my modem and router from my isp and i decide to purchase my own. I purchased this modem and the linksys velop, mannn i completly love the new speeds. You wont be dissapointed, specially if you have in mind getting the gigabit internet. This thing will handle it with no problem.

Put this in our home, rather than the monthly fees we pay spectrum,we decided to own our own modem. Because we have vonage, we needed a two port system. Set up easy and runs without a hitch. We also have a NETGEAR 3200 nighthawk, so I turned off the router portion of the modem, to use less resources.

It works like a charm. I've been renting a modem from my internet provider for $10.00 a month. Their service is great and because of that I will stay with them for a long time. So I thought purchasing my own modem would save me money and actually it will pay for itself in a few months. Very worth acquisition.

Had trouble with slow speeds and dead spots in wifi connection in my home. Got rid of the cable modem and replaced with this modem and the Linksys Velop wifi and both speed and reception are greatly improved. Don't know why I waited so long. Especially with the $10 per month savings on the cable modem lease fee.

A Best Buy employee showed us several options - this was mid-range and sounded good. It was a good purchase. I'm really not a tech guy - but had no problems hooking it up. THANKS to Best Buy for the advice. Over time this is a better deal than renting the equipment from the Cable company.

We purchased this modem to replace a 10 year old Motorola modem. It works great and is very fast for our internet needs. We have middle range internet service and this is more than adequate with plenty of processing speed left over.

Only complaint I have about this thing is there are no mounting holes to put it on a wall or something. It surprisingly annoys me that they don't put these on the back or side somewhere. Other than that, works great and as advertised. Arris makes great stuff.

LOve my cable modem. This thing is so stable and reliable....not one hiccup since Sept 2017. Download speeds of up to 1.4G. (of course, that's limited by your plan and your provider). This unit has space to grow as technology moves forward. I won't have to make any purchases to keep p.

I purchased this modem 3 months ago to replace my 5 year old SB621 modem. I am extremely happy with it so far. Recently I upgraded my internet speed to 300Mbps and this modem handles it very well. The channel bonding functionality is great and works great! I recommend this modem to anyone without any hesitation.

This is a great modem that allows Very fast speeds depending on your service provider. Getting a full 300 Mbps with my service provider which is what I subscribe to. Cable internet technician was impressed with the speed. Easy to set up. Would recommend.

This is my second Modem with Arris. The first one died after the motherboard overloaded after 3 years of use. Arris is a good option at the price for Xfinity Internet. My expectation is that this one will also die after the 3 year mark so I don't recommend buying the warranty at 35% the cost of the product when it will die after the warranty expires.

This modem is exactly as advertised. Does its functions very well. Couldn’t have been happier with this purchase.

Perfect router choice in my opinion!!! Switched because the Spectrum one was giving me problems with cutting in and oit and not having good service. Glad i switched cause i habent had any laggimg issues with my services now.

I love the technology therefore i like to have gastest products in my house. I want to recommend this modem becauseir is extremely fast but remember to purchase and excellent router this will be expensive but you will need it to sit down and the high speed data transfer will surprise you. A++ it is my review

Got this to replace my older Arris Surfboard because Comcast updated their system and my old Arris was no longer supported. After setup and installed, did a speed test and it boosted connection to more than double the speed. On phone with Comcast to setup modem for more than 1 hour but final result was worth it.

Was having issues with an ISP-provided modem/router. Dropped from Zoom classes, issues with upload/download speeds, and problems with multiple kids in classes. Switched to the Arris Surfboard 32x8 and haven't had any issues. Great value also!
