Good router but no longer approved for Spectrum. Beware, even though it's capable of gigabit you need a docsis 3.1 now.

I recently moved and needed new internet service but refused to pay $14/mo for leasing their equipment, which in my opinion should be included in the service. Anyways, this little modem did the trick. Setup was easy and works great with my Orbi router.

Works perfectly for my needs. Easy to setup. Good value for the money.

This thing seems to do everything I wanted it to do and will pay for itself in the first year, since I no longer have to pay $8/mo to rent the modem from the cable company. Best of all, if they upgrade to GB speed, this modem can keep up. It was a a good network improvement for about $100.

Bought this as part of a home theater update installed by Geek Squad. This cable modem is smaller, more efficient and less noticeable than my previous Arris Xfinity modem. Very happy with its capabilities (upload / download) speeds.

I bought this modem to replace the all in one modem router I had and I paired this with a quality triband wireless router and it works well always get super speeds. I recommend this modem for anyone that wants faster and consistent internet speeds.

The Arris - SURFboard Docsis 3.0 High-Speed Broadband Cable Modem is an excellent modem. We bought it so we wouldn't have to lease one from our ISP and pay a monthly rental fee. It works great with our ISP's network. We connected it to a Netgear Nighthawk router for a great wi-fi signal throughout our whole house.

Decided to cut the cord. Replaced my optimum/altice modem with this to eliminate the $10 monthly rental fee. Speed test showed increased download/upload speed. Have had to reset constantly as most require with optimum modem and routers.

Moved up from a combo modem router to this modem and Netgear Orbi. I had 1 dead zone in my office along with some congestion. With over 15 devices in a 5600 sq ft house, I’m getting 175 mbps download and 18 mbps upload. Couldn’t be happier but we’ll see in Year 1,2 or 3.

Bought this along with a Linksys AC1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router to avoid paying out an extra $12 per month to our ISP. Coverage is great in our 1500 sq ft home, with no weak signal zones found to date. Speed is good with this combination.

I have been renting equipment from my internet cable provider for years. Decided to purchase my own and save a few bucks. Combined this modem with a nest router. Very happy with performance of both items.

Excellent modem and works great on Spectrum. If you have 200+ Mb connection, get this modem. Also, even though the website says you can activate the modem, call Spectrum and give them the SN# to set it up. Once that's done, wait for the modem to get "connected" then reboot your router.

I purchased this when I had to switch from a wireless internet provider to a cable internet provider. So far, it has worked great and was very easy to setup. Quit paying monthly rent to the cable company every month for their aging equipment!

The lights are super bright, especially at night. So that can be a turn off. But it basically doubles as a night light! Haha. I'm only into about a month or so in owning this and it hasn't crapped on me or needed a restart. Both down and up speeds are consistent with what I would get before too. Happy so far.

Upgraded after my previous model died. Work well, easy set up. No issues.

No issues with the modem so far. Just an FYI, when it is done with setup the lights are supposed to be green but they appear blue. I called customer service and it is just an illusion. If you look through the air vents on the side they are actually green. So don't panic like I did. It's all good.

Modem price is not cheap but the xfinity internet set up is simple without additional steps outside of xfinity instruction

Finally cut the cord from cable and now only stream my tv shows and movies. This is the best modem I have used and once I separated router and modem my internet speed doubled!! Seems that the all in one modem-router given to me by the cable company only slowed my internet speed down. Go figure?!??!!!

I purchased this modem to go along with a new router that I also purchased. I need to have high bandwidth throughput and so far this has delivered on all fronts. I have Spectrums 300 MB download and this delivers with no issues. Ethernet connected I usually get about 350 download and 28 upload.
