This modem is exactly as advertised. Does its functions very well. Couldn’t have been happier with this purchase.

I bought to switch to xfinity internet aince att wasnt cutting it. I bought this and got the top tier package and this allows me up to 300Mbps download speeds. Over the coarse of a year it will pay itself off l, and after it will just be not an expense i just have to pay every month.

Loving it. After trying lower end Surfboards and a few other brands, I'm very happy with this one. It has loads of extra channels for down and up in case I need to increase my connection speed. It doesn't need restarting all the time like others. Well worth it and future proof for years to come.

Upgraded from an older modem/router combo and I'm very happy with this one. It works great, never has to be reset like the old combo. I use it with a Nighthawk router.

Setup is a breeze. I bought this modem to replace a dead Netgear router that was provided by TWC. It actualy takes longer to talk to someone at TWC by phone to activate the modem by providing them the Mac ID on the back of the modem than to set it up to connect it to my Eero routers. Bottom line, this modem works as a charm and it can support up to 1 gig per second download speed.

My internet stopped working and I power cycled my modem/router and computer and it still didn't work. Called Comcast and of course I had to power cycle everything again when I was on the phone with them. Still no internet. They sent a couple signals to the modem and tried to reset it but I wasn't receiving a signal. They suggested the modem was bad. Best Buy had one on hand so I ran over and picked one up. I'm thinking it's not my modem. I get home, hook it up and after the modem synced I was online again. So I was wrong, it was the modem and thank goodness Best Buy had them on hand.

Great device. No issues yet. Easy to set up. Small peice of equipment.

Anytime you install a product and forget about it, you gotta say it's a good product. That's how I feel about this Modem. After being persuaded that a separate Modem and router was the way to go over a combo product, I quickly found this product and coupled it with a Linksys Router. Self Installed both and no problems since. Installed it, called service provider for signal and I started streaming.

I had the Mediacom combo modem/router. The modem separate from the router works so much better. It was very easy to hook up and have not experienced one problem or service issue since I’ve had it! Definitely recommend.

I tend to buy electronics for longevity, and am generally willing to spend more to get something that will last a long time. So far this modem has done exactly what was promised, and offers room for growth should my internet speeds and needs become greater. Very happy with this purchase.

I was having trouble with my Cox speeds and replaced both my cable modem and my wireless router to improve my service. My Best Buy salesperson was very helpful in making my decisions. I cannot believe the difference in the connectivity and ability to use my wireless devices anywhere in the house.

The ARRIS Cable Modem works fine. It was easy to setup from my end. However, Cox had some slight troubles registering it (mostly Cox's problems). It has a high bandwidth throughput and works great for all the devices I have on my network plus is fine for streaming.

I found this modem to be compact but powerful. Plus it blended in well with my decor.

Great stable modem, when paired with a NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router - Black you will get much better wifi coverage and speed than the all one your isp charges you for monthly. Best for internet packages 300Mbs or less.

I had to get this because the modem spectrum sent me was DOA and I didn't want to wait several days for a replacement. This one has worked without issue for a bit over a year now. I've never even needed to reboot it which my old one constantly needed to be rebooted.

Best buy provided the technical expertise and answer all my questions regarding the ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem. The product is super easy to hook up and had no issues provisioning thru my internet provider. I'd recommend the ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem
