I would recommend this item. It's great for the speed it has and was easy to hook up.

I recently cut the cord and went with Streaming TV. I didn't want to pay $8 a month to rent the cable companies Modem so I bought this Arris. I choose Arris because it was the same manufacturer as those provided by the cable company. I also received several recommendations from friends.

In an effort to pay Xfinity/Comcast as little as possible, I decided to purchase my own Modem. I already had a wireless router to use and did not want to pay $156 a year to use a modem from the ISP. At less than $100 the ARRIS-SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3,0 Cable Modem does a good job

Works exactly as advertised without any issues at all.

My internet stopped working and I power cycled my modem/router and computer and it still didn't work. Called Comcast and of course I had to power cycle everything again when I was on the phone with them. Still no internet. They sent a couple signals to the modem and tried to reset it but I wasn't receiving a signal. They suggested the modem was bad. Best Buy had one on hand so I ran over and picked one up. I'm thinking it's not my modem. I get home, hook it up and after the modem synced I was online again. So I was wrong, it was the modem and thank goodness Best Buy had them on hand.

It’s perfect…works perfect and love the size as it doesn’t take up much room.

I installed the product and it was easy to setup and had improved performance significantly

I had the Mediacom combo modem/router. The modem separate from the router works so much better. It was very easy to hook up and have not experienced one problem or service issue since I’ve had it! Definitely recommend.

Had been renting a modem for years that took up a lot of space. When I purchased the Arris, I was a bit skeptical that it could handle all of my gadgetry...but am exceptionally happy with the fact that it's been running several months and everything fires up quickly and easily.

Easy to hook up and works like a charm! I like that it comes in white as it blends in with our office furniture.

I have had this Arris modem for 6 months with absolutely no issues. The SURFboard SB6190 is a DOCSIS 3.0 modem and is capable of download speeds up to 1.4 Gbps and 131 Mbps upload. I have RCN as my internet provider which it works perfectly with. I recommend and I would buy this again.

Works great and as intended. Bought this to stop Renting the one from the internet company.

I purchased this to go with my new Nighthawk router. This was also easy to setup. Had good instructions. works very well.

This modem works well and doesnt require any sefup really just plug it in. I bought one 3 years ago too for my mom and it is still working well.

Great modem. The old one finally gave up the ghost so we just purchased a new one until we get fiber.

My Cisco was having disconnect issues after several years of service. This Arris-Surfboard solved the problem about connection. It's important to note that adjustments have to be made to any other wireless connection, such as the printer, My Cloud, etc. I used the services of the Geek Squad for that.

I bought to switch to xfinity internet aince att wasnt cutting it. I bought this and got the top tier package and this allows me up to 300Mbps download speeds. Over the coarse of a year it will pay itself off l, and after it will just be not an expense i just have to pay every month.

I first purchased a new router, hoping to fix a slow internet issue at my home. Unfortunately my problem continued, so I purchased this modem. Setup was simple and I'm now back up to speed. I've had this for over a month now and the connection is very consistent! Very satisfied with this modem.

Great device. No issues yet. Easy to set up. Small peice of equipment.
