I purchased this modem after switching to Cox internet. This modem is compatible with my 100 mbps service and was super easy to set up! I am glad I chose to purchase my own versus rent from Cox, and the ease of using this device solidified my choice!

Easy to set up, I have used it for a couple months now and havent had any issues.

I've had this for about a week on WOW's internet. So far there have not been any issues. The blue lights that are on the front when the unit is plugged in are blinding though. They are so bright, I had to cover them with something to get them to stop making my room blue.

Easy setup and just works. I did have to call Cox customer service to have it activated. Cox's online activation doesn't recognize modem purchased from retail stores.

Very easy to connect with internet. Like the small size.

Great Modem. Easy to install. Just make sure you call your Internet provider before you try to use it. You will not get any Internet connection unless you call and register with your company. I had difficulty because I didn't. I almost returned it to the store.

Works great with Spectrum and is very dependable. I no longer have to use the cable companies equipment. I use Eero as my router. Great combination.

I used to have a terrible TWC modem/router combo. Changed to this one and it is much faster. Before you expect to get 300mpbs or faster speeds, make sure your computer's wireless adapter is even capable of those speeds. I needed to update mine as well to get over 75mpbs

Upgrade an old box, this one was easy to set up and seems to be working great.

My family and I moved to Ballard and set up Comcast internet, but wanted to use our own modem (and not pay a monthly cost for Comcast's). This modem was recommended and has been great so far. No issues and it syncs well with our Comcast connection.

I ordered it to replace my old one which had a problem based upon good reviews posted. When it arrives, my old one was fixed and I did not use this one. I am not sure the performance but It has a good price.

Great buy, never had an issue with connectivity. Just have to watch your internet connection. I currently have the match connection it is sourced for with Spectrum with is 400MBs.

I have finally found a modem that is faster than the service that I am paying for. This modem should last for years because the technology is superior to that of my service provider. This gives me confidence that I will be using this modem for years to come.

This modem is wayyyy better than the modem issued by the internet company. And we own it out right instead of having to pay a rental fee to the internet company. More money up front but overtime you save and get a better product.

The ARRIS Surfboard 32x8 Modem is perhaps the best modem I ever had. I had the usual modem that you get with Cox cable costing me $10 a month to rent forever. This product was under $120 and was superior to the cox modem in speed.

Much faster than company ones . I also brought the my own eero6 +Ax3000 and it worjs wonderful together.

Dumped the modem supplied from our cable provider and replaced it with this fast, efficient modem that is great for streaming all wi-fi devices in my home. No issues since we’ve made the upgrade. Very satisfied with this Arris!

I needed a new modem as mine was no longer supported by my internet provider. I looked at a lot of different ones and read many reviews. The reviews for this one was very good and the tech person I spoke to said it was a good one. I would recommend it.
