The ARRIS Surfboard 32x8 Modem is perhaps the best modem I ever had. I had the usual modem that you get with Cox cable costing me $10 a month to rent forever. This product was under $120 and was superior to the cox modem in speed.

Bought this $149 for my xfinity so I could save $10 per month and I love it. I tried the $70 price range routers and this is by far the best. It works well with my links linksys router. I have the speeds I pay for.

This modem is wayyyy better than the modem issued by the internet company. And we own it out right instead of having to pay a rental fee to the internet company. More money up front but overtime you save and get a better product.

This modem was easy to install and set up. Literally just plug it in. Xfinity had to do their part to add it to my account but again not at all painful. I've been using this for a few weeks and no issues at all. I would recommend this to a friend.

Works great with Spectrum and is very dependable. I no longer have to use the cable companies equipment. I use Eero as my router. Great combination.

Solid for the price. I replaced a much more expensive modem and this one works better. Haven’t had a single issue.

Dumped the modem supplied from our cable provider and replaced it with this fast, efficient modem that is great for streaming all wi-fi devices in my home. No issues since we’ve made the upgrade. Very satisfied with this Arris!

I ordered it to replace my old one which had a problem based upon good reviews posted. When it arrives, my old one was fixed and I did not use this one. I am not sure the performance but It has a good price.

Upgraded from modem with less channels. Download speed for streaming more consistent now. Still not always even near what Comcast implies, but minimum rates are almost always acceptable now. Hit max more often too. :-)

Found out from my internet provider that I wasn't getting the full speed of the internet that I pay for with the modem that i had. They recommended this one and even told me to get the better price at Bestbuy. My download and upload speeds increase exponentially.

Purchased this with a new router. Does everything it is suppose to do with ease. Comment on design ... would have liked "feet" on one side so I would have the option of placing it on the side but maybe you are not suppose to due to function.

Been at least a month now and it has not missed a beat. Have never had to reboot or reset the modem since I got it. Comcast said my old modem was a problem so I went up three levels and got this one. Great modem.

I had no trouble setting up the modem and it worked well right out of the box.

Easy setup and just works. I did have to call Cox customer service to have it activated. Cox's online activation doesn't recognize modem purchased from retail stores.

Replaced service provided modem with this Arris modem in an attempt to speed up download speeds. There was an obvious improvement in speeds using this modem. My service provider said that this Arris modem model is one of the "best out there." I am very happy with it.

Easy to install, was readily available at our local store.
