This unit exceeds expectations and is an easy set-up. The additional channels will certainly be maximized. Consider the other Arris modems if you are simply looking to connect a few laptops or smart devices to your network.

Easy to set up, works as advertised and doesn't break the bank.

I was able to return my rented modem/router from Xfinity. This was simple to set up and activate. All you need is to connect this to a set of wifi nodes and you have reliable internet through your home.

We have Comcast 105 MB internet and their modem/router wasn't cutting it. We purchased this modem & a router and are finally getting the speeds we pay for. It's been 2 months & haven't had to reboot yet. Well worth the money if you need fast, consistent connection.

Install went with no issues (xfinity) cable tech said everyone was buying this one. Download and upload speeds matched what I was paying for. If you have your own router/WIFI this is the way to go.

Simple remove and replace with a little help from the internet provider. Performs as advertised.

We got this to go along with the netgear Orbi. It handles our very taxing broadband needs (large family, lots of streaming and gaming) without breaking a sweat or losing speed. Haven't had any issues with it whatsoever and have had it about a month now.

Works well, needed to upgrade modem for for speed. Easy to install

This modem worked well when I first bought it (200+ download speeds). Warning though for consumers. After 4 weeks the modem lost all power for no reason. Arris was able to replace within 2 weeks. New modem worked for about a year and lost all power again. Even though it was still under warranty, Arris refused to replace the broken modem. I will go with another product for replacement.

I got one for me (xfinity) and one for my dad (spectrum) and it worked very well in both cases. No more monthly charge for the modem. I am getting true 800Mbps form my ISP.

So far so good, works great-faster than my old one.

This is like the only gigabit modem that is always readily available in stores for purchase that's compatible with my ISP. This is my second one as my first one was fried in a thunderstorm. It would be nice if this had on board WiFi though.

The Arris modem worked with the Xfinity internet seamlessly. Easy setup. Only glitch was that I wanted it right away and even though my local Best Buy showed it in stock, it wasn't in stock when I arrived and I had to drive to the next closest store.

My son first recommended this device and then I had the employee at the store review this device and others similar. It was evident to me that this would sufficiently meet our needs. Working great and no problems. I would recommend it to anyone.

I do a lot of gaming and streaming and I have multiple devices running on my internet at once and this modem does an outstanding job I had a modem router before I went through a couple and they would always crash would recommend get them separate
