In an effort to increase my home internet speed and accommodate an increasing number of devices I purchased this modem, and the Google WiFi three pack. It immediately improved the speed and eliminated any "dead" spots.

I work in IT. I use this on my home network. It is perfectly adequate for my needs. You CAN get 1gig speeds on this, but may want to get a high end model. I use this for 500MB and it works great.

Was having a problem with my internet speed and since I recently upgraded my router, the modem was next to be replaced. Checked around and the Arris was the best out there! Internet speed instantly remained constant and strong. Great product...

I bought this modem to replace a TWC/Spectrum provided model. The new modem will pay for itself in just a few months. It has also significantly improved the reliability of our net service, (no more modem logs full of errors, or service drop outs).

Old modem stopped working and Xfinity suggested I purchase another. The modem is faster than the last and hasn't gone down since purchase.

Bought this as a gift for my neices to upgrade their slow monthly rental from their ISP and has been a huge difference. Arris is the best in the business for cable modems.

This modem is very easy to install and function great.

I was using the Arris modem and router that I rented from my ISP and thought I was getting good speed. I had no idea what I was missing! This is SO MUCH FASTER and connected to an ORBI router makes it the perfect setup.

Ive owned this modem for a while and it works as expected. Purchased this instead of renting modem from my isp. Went with this modem due to positive reviews and haven't been disappointed.

Needed a new modem to support my recent upgrade to 500mbit internet. This modem is good to 1.2gbit, so bought this in preparation for future upgrades instead of the SB6985. Works great and I'm actually pulling down about 600mbit from my ISP.

We needed an updated modem when we switched to television Internet services. This new modem works great and does what its description states.

This is the best for the best of your a gamer and you want a great connection this is what you want to be using I use it because I play pubg and CS a lot and it’s supper fast keeps connected with no spike or lag in the game

I was having an issue with my ISP issued modem(s) with and without wifi built in. I decided to try out this modem and my connection is Solid, no more drops, no more buffering issues several times watching Netflix or Amazon Prime.

Got when my absolutely ancient SURFboard modem finally bit the dust (literally 10 minutes before I was supposed to clock in for work, because of course it did). I upgraded my speed once I got it, so I'm uncertain if it was the modem working out newness-caused kinks or my ISP, but I had some drops in internet at first. But I've gone several months now without an issue that isn't ISP related. Very happy with ARRIS as always. Hope this one lasts 7 years like the last one did.

Good item, set it up for gaming with an asus router, works wonders

I have enjoyed this modem for the past few months. Gives me the maximum speed i can acheive.

I’m not a tech person so this review will focus on the ease of setup out of the box. I literally opened the box, plugged the Ethernet cable into the back and the router and powered everything up and had WiFi. Could not have been easier!
