Bought this as a gift for my neices to upgrade their slow monthly rental from their ISP and has been a huge difference. Arris is the best in the business for cable modems.

I had an older version of this modem which worked great, however it could not handle the faster internet speeds offered by WOW so I had to upgrade to this one in order to go to the 300mbps speeds. It will handle up to WOWs 500mbps tier. Works great.

Very easy to setup. Works great. Had a different brand that was giving intermittent signal. There has been no failure with this modem.

I found out that unfortunately my terrible internet wasn't due to my cable modem. I have not yet fixed the internet, but the modem was greatly useful in figuring out that it wasnt my end of things that was the problem. I will try to leave a better review when I have had a chance to use it when my internet is fixed.

I dropped my cable and phone and finally left with just internet and no longer need to rent a modem. Best decision I made with getting this modem it was more than fast enough for what I need. When it's time to upgrade I will get the same brand.

I decided to buy a modem to get out paying 10.00 a month to rent one from my Internet provider. The sales person was so helpful explaining the pros and cons of this modem. We purchased about two weeks and I love it. It was very easy to install as well.

I have Mediacomm, and had several issues with their equipment, after I purchased this, I have had nothing but a solid, great performing connection for streaming, gaming, and working from home on occassion. Great Product

I work in IT. I use this on my home network. It is perfectly adequate for my needs. You CAN get 1gig speeds on this, but may want to get a high end model. I use this for 500MB and it works great.

Good value. Compatible with Service Electric Cable TV internet (Eastern PA). Downside is blindingly bright blue light - nothing a piece of black electrical tape can't fix.

Works well with Google Nest 3-Pack System from BestBuy in Boise. James sold us a Great System that performed exactly as it was intended. Also with BestBuy Card received 18 Months interest free payments.

We have 300 speed for our house and we have reached as high as 370 with this modem. It holds onto a signal and seldom, if ever, loses it's connection. The value for price can not be beaten. I also would recommend a separate modem and router, not a combo.

I download tons of stuff and until now I've always had issues in doing so. Not with this bad boy!! I download multiple videos and music all within min. I can even flip over to another app while it's downloading and it still finishes in no time. Very happy!!

In an effort to increase my home internet speed and accommodate an increasing number of devices I purchased this modem, and the Google WiFi three pack. It immediately improved the speed and eliminated any "dead" spots.

I got this device rather than pay monthly rental fee charged by internet providers which adds up quickly. I have no doubt that I made the right choice. I get super internet speed and recommend this device without reservation.

This the second unit of this type that I have purchased. Both cable companies that I use recommended it as the best unit I could buy. I have been nothing but pleased with the operation of the unit and it's ease of set up. I recommend it highly.

I bought this modem cause the one I had was about 6yrs and was having issues. After getting setup and having issues with Comcast customer service, the modem seems to work well. My internet connections are faster. Web pages load quicker and seems to work really well with my nighthawk router.
