Bought this to replace the cable modem leased by cable company. Bought 3 mo. ago. Works well. Have had no issues with it. Was easy to setup & install. Called cable company to finish setup and that was it. Saving $96 a yr vs leasing.

I think the only thing that someone buying a modem cares about...connection issues. Well, I had the modem and wireless router hooked up a month and had no issues with connectivity or having to reset anything. Easy hook up and set up process.

Very easy to setup. Works great. Had a different brand that was giving intermittent signal. There has been no failure with this modem.

Anyone who is hesitant about buying this device because of the Puma 6 chipset, don't be. I returned it and got the CM600 which only does 24x8 channel bonding because I thought that chipset was an issue but it works the same I didn't notice a difference. My ISP bonds 32 up and 3 down so I might have to eventually upgrade.

I purchased new cable modem since my old one was 2 yrs old. All cable Internet company suggest to replace cable modem after 2 years which I did and result was good. I am getting more speed now while browsing anything. This product is awesome.

For the price this is a great modem and has worked as advertised.

Changed internet from Century Link to Xfinity. Bought this router based on neighbor recommendation. Internet is the best it has ever been. Great combination with Xfinity and this router, finally happy with my internet service.

I had a couple of years old modem and after experiencing slower than usual internet speeds, I've decided to upgrade to this model. I have TWC as a provider and this modem, at least for now, did the trick. Much faster speeds for almost a week now.

The setup of the modem was amazingly easy and speeds are quick.

I bought the modem on the recommendation of the store salesman. I had some trouble getting the modem and netgear router to sync. I called Arris support and they were very helpful and fixed the problem. They both are working fine now.

Easy setup and usage dedicated fast speeds upload and down

I purchased the modem at Best Buy after doing some research. It was easy to install, even with my limited tech knowledge, and has been working fine. Much better than paying Mediasom $11.50 every month for rental.

The modem works very well and it has been very reliable. Paired with a strong router system, i have had no issues at all with my internet connection and i have been getting the speeds i am paying for.

Bought this Modem to replace my Motorola, it is fast, and has eliminated any data transmission errors that my previous modem had. Can stream multiple HD movies (netflix, hulu), while supporting online gaming, facebook, VOIP, for the whole family.

I was able to get rid of my Comcast modem and the $10/month fee and replace it with this. If you aren't using the Comcast modem as your wifi router or for phone, I suggest just getting this. Set-up was easy - just follow the directions.
