I have charter internet and their modem was really bad. Constantly losing connection. This modem works fast and effective. It is definitely an upgrade. Would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely amazing modem. I have had this for a year. I believe it might be one of the best modems Best Buy has available. Super fast speed, and never loses communication. Power surges doesn't seem to affect it. Great value for your money

I recently upgraded to the SB 6190 model from the SB 6183 model because of recent upgrades to the internet speeds in my neighborhood. So far so good after three months usage. Handling the higher speeds like a champ.

Never had any problems with this product. It had lived up to everything it says it can do. I never thought I would break away from spectrum, but I’m absolutely happy that I broke away & bought my own equipment.

Sure there's slightly higher updated capable modems out there, but this is all you need and Arris brand is a very compatible brand. Save money, buy now and own, don't rent from cable companies, they charge too much for service as does all utility companies do these days.

This is such a huge improvement over the Netgear modem we had previously. We love that it can handle up to 300mps flawlessly - in combination with the Eero Plus we have, our internet is the fastest I have ever experienced.

We switched to Comcast from frontier and got this to avoid monthly rental charges. We have Nest Mesh and this combined with that has worked great! Pretty easy to set up

Good price , just what I was looking for.... Unfortunately 2 of the stores I went to were sold out and no one could give me a date when the next order would be delivered.

A little overpriced, but so worth it! Save money, owning your own modem rather than paying a monthly fee to an internet provider. It was easy to install and haven’t had any problems since installation. Love it!

This cable modem does the job and never gives me a problem. It delivers the speed promised by my cable service, so I don't think I could ask for anything more. It just works.

Bought this so I could stop renting from the cable company. Has worked perfectly since day one!!

Got tired of renting from our internet carrier and them always saying something is wrong with our box and sending another one. Plugged this one in and going it setup with our carrier. Been working great for us.

Ever since my cable internet provider started to charge to "rent" a modem, I found cheaper in the long run to buy your own. I got this model because it fulfilled my needs and some. I have 100Mbps through Spectrum and I'm getting this speed and some along side a nighthawk wireless router. Plus I bought it on Cyber Monday which sweetened the deal.

Very good modem save money do not rent a modem from your ISP buy one instead.

Always hated paying cable companies for there equipment. One time fee and I'm set. Works great no connection issues. Simply plug an play use.

This modem is allowing me to save money, that I've been giving to xfinity, for several years. It has worked perfectly and installed very easily. Again, the associates at Best Buy, in Cumming, were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Surfboard modem has gone above and beyond what the old rental modem/router combo I had. It has been reliable and stable as long as I have had it thus far.
