A nice upgrade to my previous modem. Getting full speed offered by my ISP for most of the time.

Stop paying to rent your modem from ISP! This modem has a small form factor and is fast. The main thing to consider is the number of ports. This has 2 so if you need to hardwire additional devices you will want to upgrade.

I have been using this modem for awhile now and it has worked well. There was a small hiccup while setting it up, but that was due to my internet provider. As long as your connection is ready, you should have no issues with this modem.

SO much better than the modem supplied by the cable company. If you are having any doubts about installing your own modem, don't. Its simple, fast and much more reliable than the ones supplied by the cable companies!!!

I didn't know the modem was such an important part of the network solution, and I had a DOCSYS 3.0 with 8 channels. But this new 32 channel modem has doubled my download speed; I am totally impressed and it was worth the money.

The Arris SURFboard series of modems has been bulletproof for me. Only changed it out because a power surge that broke it.

I needed to upgrade my modem in order to upgrade the speed of my broadband (Spectrum). This modem was easy to set up. Spectrum recognized it right away. It's working flawlessly so far.

The product does the job and well. If you want fast speeds and works with xfinity Internet service you're in luck. I have 150meg speeds and I get that with this modem. It also helps to have a nice AC router. I get 150meg wireless also.

This modem is great. Capable of handling super high internet speeds and so easy to connect and a bonus for me was that it was on the list of compatible modems for TimeWarner Cable so it only took a few minutes for representative to link into it

Needing a new modem due to switching internet providers, I was steered to the Arris. While I had it in my hand at the store 2 different strangers told me how good it was, and to date it seems like a very good purchase

This was easy setup with Spectrum so I don't have to rent a modem. It is pulling faster speeds than my 400mbps service and works great with a mesh network.

Recommended by a stuff in shop so decided to give it a try and found out it's really work fine especially when the cable guy came to my house and saw this also gave good reviews to this modem too. Totally worth it in term of price.

I had to replace the same model with this one because the Ethernet port burned out. They clearly don't last forever. However, they do get your cable company off your back and should have an ROI of 1-2 years depending on your rental costs. Also, they are great to put in front of a router that you like.

The Surfboard line of modems has served me well for many years. Recently upgraded to this one from the previous model which I ran pretty much continuously for 5 years before it started to act up.

After doing much research I bought the Arris SB6190. I didn't want to lease a modem from the internet provider and I made an excellent choice. My speeds are greater than what I am paying for and am very happy with this modem!

I have had this Modem now for about 4 months its been really stable & the performance has been really good. Also it does not have that bright blue annoying light flashing 24 hours as per day. You will be impressed with this unit.

I had a ARRIS modem before and this one is just a update version of the old modem. It is stable and good to use. It doesn't come with cable line. But my network carrier provided that.

This is probably the best modem I’ve owned. LED lights aren’t obnoxious. Super small to fit onto desk without getting in the way. Totally worth investment.

Have been using this for a while now, in different states and with different internet companies. Has worked great with everyone so far! Saved me a lot of money!
