This modem works great. I wasn’t able to get the additional speed I was paying for with my old modem but this one is fantastic. Simple setup and I was off and running at 300mbps download speeds.

I purchased this to go along with my Google wifi access points. It has worked well with them. No problems. Set it up once and have never fooled with it since: it been about 9 months.

Great little modem, was rock solid after being activated and have been able to pull speeds around 800 Mbs (which is the same as my plan on Comcast).

This modem never disappoints! Been running SURFboard modems for years. Only bought this new one because I lost the last one. Found the original and it still works great!

This 32 channel modem was surely an upgrade to the supplied modem from our cable provider. We’ve had absolutely no connectivity issues since we’ve made the swap. Very satisfied!

Why pay a monthly fee for a cable modem when you can buy a outstanding modem that works better than the rental one (in most cases). The price you will pay will pay for itself in less than a year. This modem just works great.

Great item for the prize! If you can get by with only one ethernet conection this is the item for you. Otherwise invest in another item. It works great and easy to use.

Have had this surfboard in our home and purchased this for my parent's house. No issues connecting, whatsoever (as expected). Would def recommend!

I had been using a rental from my cable company that I'm pretty sure was a POS. I purchased this one to use with the Google Home Wifi and my internet seems to be much faster AND covering my whole home! Score!

This is my 2nd Arris surfboard. The first lasted almost 5 years and was still working great. It was just not able to give me current speeds. I hope this new one is as reliable and long-lasting as the first. So far so good after better than a month. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm cheap and this stuff is pricey.

I bought this instead of receiving the free option from Charter. Wow! I'm glad I did. Most of our neighbors are at 77 mbps with the basic free modem. I'm pushing 135-140 mbps with this guy. It's definitely worth the extra money.

Used this for Comcast wifi. Had to call Comcast for 1st set up. Then plugged in Google WiFi router(one in Arris,the other remotely) complete coverage in triple decker home,even out to sidewalk. Works great.

This modem has enhanced and majorly improved our internet connection. We had an incredibly easy installation process and instant hookup to the internet after our internet provider was provided the modems serial number.

Bought this modem to replace a four year old unit. I replaced a 10 year old router, I just wanted the equipment to be equal. Seems to be working just fine.

We had been using TWC Modem for over 20+ years and every time they had any kind of an update everything in our house pretty much had to be reset. So far since we bought this modem we have not had 1 problem. Keeping fingers crossed.

Had to purchase a new one. My previous one lasted 8 years. A great product. My service provider requested me to purchase this product. No issues.

Needed more bandwidth for my home network. I had the one with just 16 channels, I picked this up and instantly got faster downloads... Not the advertised 1ghz but close enough.

I bought this so I didn't have to pay for the modem and wifi rental with Xfinity anymore. Set up was easy. Worth the purchase. Should've bought this 2 years ago!
