Compact, fast cable modem, 32x8 DOCSIS 3.0 keeps it future proof for years to come. Only one ethernet port though so be sure to get a good router to go with it!

This modem is a great replacement for the one you pay monthly on from cable. I feel this modem is as good if not better than the cable gives you. Speeds and connections are awesome. We have multiple devices connected with no problems.

Purchased this ARRIS - SURFboard modem to replace an older model that Comcast would not support any longer. Set up instructions were very good but I still had to contact Comcast to complete the connection. Only thing this needs is ability to act as a phone modem for VOIP connection from Comcast.

The speed and streamline is great. Since I switch to this modem all buffering has gone away. I would recommend this Arris surfboard to anyone looking to give timewarner back there original equipment.

Bought this so I didn't have to rent one from my cable company. Works great and was easy to set up. My router plugged in easy and my home internet works great.

I am always hesitant when purchasing something like this. I was very pleased w/ the minimal effort on my part. I called my isp provider & read them numbers from the modem & had internet right away, simple & easy!

We struggled at home with internet speed. Had enough went to Best Buy and they walked me through how to install and return the local cable company's poor modem. Now we went from garden hose speed to fire hose. Love it.

Works great as long as the signals coming in to the house there is no problem easy to hook up or add to your Internet

I am very pleased with my purchase. I had a NetGrear modem and router combination and had multiple issues with it and NetGear support. This was the best purchase and would highly recommend this for those looking for reliability.

Excellent product. So far works very well. Am using with a mesh router to get good coverage. Would like next level with telephone port but too expensive.

Replaced our cox rental unit with this and have noticed a positive difference. Rental seemed to disconnect Wi-Fi all the time. SURFboard has been doing great so far.

Purchased this for my mom. Was super easy to set up and install. Have had absolutely no issues. Stronger connection.

Seems to be delivering as advertised with only a minor hiccup inter facing with my Velop mesh system router. Once I was beyond that it has been working fine.

This modem is great for those who want to get higher internet speeds. Remember that your internet provider needs to know that you are changing modems and will require that you register it before it will be active.

Working well. Since changing from what the service provider provides, my internet/wi-fi issues have decreased.

Consistently low ping times and great up and downlink speeds and stability. If it's as much of a workhorse as my last modem by Arris, I have nothing to worry about

My kids and I are always on our gadgets or playing games online. The Arris is a very big help. Everyone is always on top of the internet speed at any spot in the house. I’m glad I choose the Arris Surfboard!

So far this modem has been working as it supposed to, I got this modem because it was compatible with Spectrum which is our current cable provider so

No problem setting it up, and it works perfectly. What more can I ask?
