I replaced all TWC equipment and this product was one of them. It works great and I haven't had any issues. Best Buy personnel recommended all of this equipment and was spot on! Thank you! No more internet aggravation!

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the idiot lights on the front are too bright, can't be dimmed, and don't really tell you anything. I'm getting consistently high 400mb downloads with a 400 mb account cap. This thing will knock your socks off if you pay for the service.

Always great to own your own modem, this one here has not failed us since we purchased it, the one we had with our carrier kept dropping out and losing internet connection, this one has been great!!

Compact, fast cable modem, 32x8 DOCSIS 3.0 keeps it future proof for years to come. Only one ethernet port though so be sure to get a good router to go with it!

Easy hook up and get started. Once I got it all hooked up and contacted my cable provider, my speed increased significantly. Can't believe the results.

Granted most providers at most use 24 channels. But is open to system upgrades if providers find a way to use all 32 channels. Switch from a router/modem combo, so much more stable and improved speed. Highly recommended!

Replaced our cox rental unit with this and have noticed a positive difference. Rental seemed to disconnect Wi-Fi all the time. SURFboard has been doing great so far.

Bought this so I didn't have to rent one from my cable company. Works great and was easy to set up. My router plugged in easy and my home internet works great.

Bought this modem to replace a four year old unit. I replaced a 10 year old router, I just wanted the equipment to be equal. Seems to be working just fine.

Finally decided to upgrade my existing cable modem with only 8 download channels... I remember when signing up for blast service I was supposed to get 105 and I was getting 133bps after adding the new modem I get 200 Mpbs

This modem has worked great. We only have a 1300 sq ft home, but we also use our devices in the garage, outside on the back patio, and in our large backyard. We've had no problems with receiving fast internet connections. I watch/listen to movies/tv shows on Hulu, and music on YouTube, on my laptop outside in the yard, and haven't had any internet connection problems. For the price, it's a great deal.

I purchased this to replace the modem provided by our service provider. It outperformed their modem by a lot and got us finally seeing the kind of MBPS speeds we were supposed to be seeing.

Solid working modem. You will need to call spectrum to get the serial number to them to activate it but after that. Set and forget.

Modem replaced a router/modem. Fantastic speeds even when using multiple computers. Worth the money, saves on renting. Control your internet destiny. Use the force of the Arris.

Great little modem, was rock solid after being activated and have been able to pull speeds around 800 Mbs (which is the same as my plan on Comcast).
