fast modem, easy setup. Had GeekSquad out to help with wifi stuff too and they ensure this was the best router for my needs.

Had the Geek squad do an evaluation of a new home system for us and included this in the package. We had one failure in an initial unit but the same replacement has worked like a charm.

Needed to update existing modem very slow and causing router to need constant rebooting. Noticed an immediate change and increase in speed and consistent running. Employees recommendation was right on.

I purchased this to replace the one the cable company charges you to use. It works well and I like it because it doesn't add a bunch of things I did not need. I already had APs, so I just wanted a "cable modem."

I got this modem to pair with my eero mesh system. My internet throughout the house is the best that it has ever been. I would highly recommend this combination.

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the idiot lights on the front are too bright, can't be dimmed, and don't really tell you anything. I'm getting consistently high 400mb downloads with a 400 mb account cap. This thing will knock your socks off if you pay for the service.

The cable modem works fine and will pay for itself before the end of the year as opposed to renting from the cable company. My only complaint is that the id # is too small to be read without a magnifying glass.

When looking at a cable modem make sure you get a 32 channel modem, so you won't buy one that becomes obsolete quickly. The Arris get high reviews for good reasons, it works well and provides high speed access.

My old Motorola modem died and I needed a replacement. Glad this arris modem is approved by Xfinity, and was in stock. Continues to work well.

My second SurfBoard...this replaced a SB6183, and only because I upgraded my IS to Extreme300. Very happy with both Boards I've owned. Much better than renting.

I purchased this to replace the modem provided by our service provider. It outperformed their modem by a lot and got us finally seeing the kind of MBPS speeds we were supposed to be seeing.

Modem was easy to install and start using. 1. Open product 2. Remove old modem 3. Hook up power cord, coax cable, and Ethernet cable. 4. Call internet provider to activate new modem. 5. Log online.

Always great to own your own modem, this one here has not failed us since we purchased it, the one we had with our carrier kept dropping out and losing internet connection, this one has been great!!

This is my second SURFboard. Just like the first one it was very easy to get installed and setup with Comcast Internet and TV. The only down side is the power supply / plug connector. This power supply / plug connector has become common practice so I can only plug 4 items in a 6 outlet surge protector.

Great signal range. Small and compact. Works great with the eero
