Very happy with this purchase. Hooked it up for my parents and ran the google wifi to it. Couldn’t ask for something better. Works great with Spectrum!

Works great as long as the signals coming in to the house there is no problem easy to hook up or add to your Internet

I was initially seeking a Netgear product, but as that brand was out of stock for the model I needed I decided to try the Arris. I couldn't be more pleased. Reliable and works great. Would purchase again.

This product along with other modems with Intel's Puma 6 Chipset is defective and under lawsuit. Arris says they're waiting for Intel for a firmware update, Intel says the release is done through ISP and my ISP Cogeco Communications (Atlantic Broadband) Internet support has no info for a release and also has equipment with Puma 6 Chipset. Problems with high latency, frequent disconnections, lost packets, and unusual behavior with gaming. This product is a very good product and I stood up to what it supposed to do as far as having connectivity works very well with my Internet provider I would recommend it to most specially if you have metro cast

This has been a great router for me so far as I already had a tri-band high end gaming router. As it supports both phone and data and I own my own modem I am saving about $14.00 a month and this will pay for itself shortly. Others have complained about it losing signal however I have not seen this happen but 1 time in the few months I have owned it and that was during the time everyone was working from home so can’t say it was the modems fault. Even the Xfinity tech that came to my house for another issue said this modem was more stable than their own XFi modems that they rent and for a lower net cost over time.

I purchased this to replace the modem I had from comcast. The model was recommended by 2 different BB employees during to different trips tot he store. Works well. No complaints in the month since I set it up.

I originally was renting a modem from Comcast and having a terrible time getting any upload speeds over 20. After doing some research online I found this product and I really like it. Speeds are terrific.

This thing is BLAZING FAST! However, WHY NO BLACK COLOR!? CMON GUYS! Who uses white!? Every BEAST MODE user has a black dark theme set up. Some do love white like Apple users, but cmon. You need Black. THANK YOU!

Installed quickly, worked perfectly with my Internet cable. It has been running flawlessly since I bought it. I love not having to pay rental fees each month to my ISP!

Purchased this for my mom. Was super easy to set up and install. Have had absolutely no issues. Stronger connection.

This is one of the best Modems I have purchased. Its the newer model and So far the speed and conections have been super. I wolod recommend this one if you doi not need wifi as I have a seperate wifi router.

I went from an older model to this one so i could get higher bandwidth from my provider. It has been working flawlessly.Allowing to get the current max of 400mbs down that my provider offers.

I upgraded from my old surfboard modem (2 channel) to this one with 32 channels when i upgraded our internet signal. No more buffering on streaming shows - even with 2 tvs going, and 2 laptops gaming. Nice.

Looking to cut the rental fees from your provider? This modem works better than any equipment I have rented from my provider. Saving about $10.00 per month, this will pay for itself in about 10 months.

Purchased this after my ISP technician recommended upgrading my equipment. So far, after a few weeks of use, I am consistently getting speeds more than what I am paying for. This was never the case before.

A Best Buy sales representative suggested that I buy this one after I explained my home floor plans. He was right--it works well.
