This cable modem exceeds my expectations and I’m glad to purchase it if anyone’s looking for a fast cable modem that goes along with the speeds that you purchased from the cable company this is the one

Good basic modem. The cable guy that set up my system actually wanted to get one even though it was older. (I have forgotten what it had that he liked)

It was on the xfinity list for high speed internet service. Easy to install. Just simply unplugged the old one and replaced it and followed the simple instructions. Up and running in about 10 minutes.

Works great. Everything works faster now for us. So glad someone told us to get this one.

Works great. Not worth spending $15 monthly to rent a router/modem when you can buy one for the cost of a few months of the rental. No glitches so far.

Very good modem and connects easily with google mesh wi-fi system. You need to keep in mind this modem does not include the wi-fi capability. Works well with mediacom.

We don’t do too much games, main use is just searching or social network. It is enough for us and the speed definitely up compare to the old model we had. Better connection and speedy. Very satisfied.

It just does the job well, no issues at all. Shaved ten dollars off my internet bill by using my own, it adds up and pays for itself within 9 months. Smart move, so should you-

I installed this modem when I realized my previous modem did not support Gigabit internet. Like some of the other reviews on this site, I was not getting the speeds that were promised on the box. I was consistently getting 200-300 Mbps down and 5Mbps up. Maybe I was doing something wrong! I didn't put much effort into troubleshooting when I read that people were having more luck with another modem. I ended up putting a little more money into a Netgear modem (SKU: 5712202) and I am now getting the best internet speeds of my life. I'm willing to believe that with some settings tweaks this modem could handle gigbit internet speeds, but I couldn't figure it out.

Was plug and play w cox worked once they pinged it. No real issues to complain about after a month of use higher than normal load with all the stay at home business.

Had the Geek squad do an evaluation of a new home system for us and included this in the package. We had one failure in an initial unit but the same replacement has worked like a charm.

This modem has worked flawlessly...easy install. Replaced a modem supplied by our internet provider...saved on a rental & will pay for itself in a year while enjoying reliable operation!

I needed a modem for my internet so that I could do away with the rental from cox and this is what a purchased along with a netgear. It does the job and it’s given me the control I wanted.

This modem replaces the comcast rental that costs way too much. It is nice to know that I am not paying $120 a year for a device that doesn't need to do much, and this modem set up really fast and easy.

Works very well. Be prepared to sit on the phone with Xfinity or whomever you may have as a provider so they can add this to your account. Once that is done, it works very well and will last a long time!

Once getting the headache of dealing with time warner's Internet customer service out of the way to have this device activated on my account, it has worked flawlessly since the day we bought it! Highly recommended!

had problems with my modem provided by the internet co. this solved everything. Had to call to configure it the my provider but when i did was complimented by the phone tech support as a this being a good choice.

It does what it says and is easy to connect. A simple call to Comcast and the modem was connected. It pushes the speeds as advertise and I consistently get 280+mbps from my provider, when I pay for 250 mpbs.
