There's really not much to talk about. It's all in the product, I've purchased these for years and this current model is fast, efficient and most up to date.

We bought higher end Netgear AC router only to have it take a hit eight months later during a thunderstorm . . . had problems with it all along. This router has been highly reliable and we're very pleased with it.

I had been having problem streaming and downloading large files with the SB6183 and my wifi equipment vendor (Eero) suggested going with this modem. I did and it solved my problems and setup was a snap!

My internet was very slow. After speaking with the sales associate in the store they recommended that I replace my current modem with this one. It was the right choice. Much faster and works well with my new router.

Great product for the price! I always get the extended warranty plans just in case they don't hold up long enough, but I love this brand and expect it to last us and work well for our needs.

I have had the modem for a few months now and I have had now issues. My speed is 250 and it has no problem handling it. If you have Wave internet I would recommend this modem.

Just what we needed so we are no longer paying the cable company a monthly fee for using their equipment. Also, since we (sadly) are NOT techies, it was easy to follow instructions and install (on our own!)

I had to replace my modem recently and bought this as a replacement. It has worked perfectly. It does not have a connection for a phone which is fine for me but might not be for everyone.

This is the modem to get if you don't want to rent from rcn, time warner, or any other cable company. This will support speeds up to 330 mbps. I got it with my 155mbps plan with rcn works without a hitch.

I purchased this Arris Surfboard 6190 Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem to replace a 5 year old Motorola Surfboard 6121 Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem. I've had this new modem for about a month now and it's been working great.

Arris is the one to buy. Years of no worry internet and streaming. A must have to start your internet connection. Works with no issues.

Good solid modem. Decided to give Time Warner their modem/router back in saved myself $10 a month. I picked up this modem and watched my speeds significantly improve. I highly recommend this modem.

This modem helps me get the most out of my internet connection. Before upgrading to this one I was only getting 50-60mbps down when I was paying for 100mbps. Now I’m getting 130-140mbps on average.

Converted from DSL to Cable. Tech connected the device, made the phone call and its been working without any issues since. As I read, this is a reliable device and I expect I'll get many years of use out of it.

This modem does everything I need it to do, including streaming for Netflix and Hulu, and xbox one X gaming. Definitely worth the purchase to get more MBPS out of your internet connection

I bought this modem after buying a router that fixed my internet speed problem. I now get all the speed I'm paying for. Tech expert at store was very helpful in teaching me how to maximize internet speed.

I have 600Mb service with xfinity. This modem lets me take full advantage of that speed. It's a basic cable modem with nothing fancy, which I like. I set it up quickly and easily and it started working with a quick call to xfinity to activate it.
