I am on Time Warners fastest internet service and speed test shows me being even faster. It also is very stable and I do not seem to lose the internet occasionally like I did with my TWC supplied modem

I noticed an immediate increase in speed with my Cox Communications internet service. Because of the number of chanels it has if my provider increases my level of service this modem is able to handle it.

I installed the modem and it was easy to hook up, cable installer registered mac address with Xfinity, and we were off to the internet Upload and download speeds were constant with Xfinity tests.

I bought this modem with a Linksys Velop mesh wireless router and OMG!! I gained 50mbps of speed with this modem. Plus I now save $11 a month for owning my own equipment with comcast.

No problem setting it up, and it works perfectly. What more can I ask?

Used it to replace Cable Company rental. It was approved replacement. Everything was fine and replacepent and all good. Would recommend !!!

Works good at high speeds and for gaming/streaming

My internet had slowed down to a crawl. I called the cable company and they suggested replacing the modem. They could not come do it for me for a week. I did it myself and it really helped.

Bought this after my old modem went out and so far has been an excellent replacement. I now get my Max internet speeds of 180mbs download and 15mbs upload with no problems. I highly recommend.

I had the sb6183 first and loved it but I upgraded my whole network and the sb6190 works even better. Never have to reset it always have a consistent strong signal and download and upload speed

Excellent Arris Surfboard Modem that keeps me connected constantly to my Comcast provider. Extremely easy to connect to my internet provider and my router.

Works great with Comcast/Xfinity Extreme 250. Had an 6141 before upgrading to this modem and everything feels faster than before. Latency and speeds definitely have been upgraded. Highly recommended.

I have noticed the wifi being a little slow. I decided to upgrade and what an improvement. I needed the 32 channels since I have over 18 device attached to the internet Very good improvement

My Internet runs so much faster with this router! It works much better than the linksys we were using. Overall, best investment we ever made.

Really simple and easy to setup via Spectrums web portal. Needed to have an additional flag set for the modem to come online.

With the exception of comcast online "support", this was an easy upgrade, just plug and play as long as comcast people in India can understand and write down the right MAC id#.

Easy to setup, fast connection and seamless operation! Definitely would recommend this modem for Xfinity users, totally compatible with no issues whatsoever.

We were able to cut the cord with Comcast and we purchased this to get rid of the monthly fee they were charging to “rent” their modem. This one has worked great and we have had no issues.

I was having download speed issues while streaming...always seemed to be buffering. With the 32 downstream channels, I have no issues with buffering any more.

Wonderful modem and router. Replaced my Airport Extreme, and getting much faster download speeds. Called tech support a couple of times, and they are fantastic. How refreshing in todays World!
