Was tired of renting a modem and really not knowing if it was the best and most updated modem in the market. This modem can handle considerably more work than my rented modem.

Easy setup: I researched cable modems for speed and channels. This unit does not have wireless router capability; which is what I wanted. An Apple Time capsule is utilized for the wireless router.

Compared to my old Netgear modem this is the best one yet. Modem is very fast and it produces great quality in service. I have the 300mbs from Cox and you can tell the difference in speed.

Needed a Doc 2 modem to keep up providers requirements and wasn’t interested in renting modem from provider (hug rip off). Found on sale three months ago and installed myself, easy as can be.

TV was easy to sit up and looks great in my new room. So far I have been able to get to everything I need and then some.. Lots of options

Great upgrade from spectrums modem. Don't bother getting this unless you've paid for faster connections, this alone won't speed things up.

It has been a couple years since I bought this. I actually bought 2 for 2 different house. Fast and reliable. Accidentally drop water in it and is still ticking. Great product.

I am computer consultant and have purchased hundreds of these with not one issue or failure. Sometimes I have to spray paint them black. Have fun.

My old modem was capped at 177 Mbps and I was paying for 200 Mbps. Now I'm getting my full speed. This thing goes up to 600 Mbps. Very fast.

This modem can easily handle up to 32 devices and with Xfinity it is definitely the fastest internet I pay for 250mbs and I am getting 235mbs with 20 devices connected using the Orbi router

works great, i was going to buy a more expensive router, but the salesperson suggested this and it works great, he saves me about $100

very high speeds with this top notch modem, i was only getting 70mb on cableone 100 and now i get 115-116mb all the time. i had no idea it was the modem quality making a difference till i tried it

Easy to setup. Works on WOW 500Mbs service. I get between 480Mbs and 1.2Gbs depending on the time of day (network congestion). This is the only modem recommended by WOW for the really high speeds

Works great so far. Not a major difference from SB6183. I'm sure once I upgrade the internet speed, I will be able to take advantage of it.

Terrific; it did triple my ping throughout my house. Set up a little tricky. I have a dedicated home security modem. I also had to get a phone only modem from my cable provider as the Arris does not have one. Now I have 3 modems, (no big deal). I relied on my cable techie on the phone and he was helpful and patient as we worked through the set-up He sent a few reboot signals to each of the units and made sure that we had good communication through the ORBI mesh system. I had to hard re-boot the devices all together to finalize the set-up. Everything working very nicely now and I have added several Alexa units around the house.

I use this modem w/ comcast cable and internet. I wanted this one for more channels and faster speeds but honestly can't tell the difference. This is not a modem with a router. I have a separate router.

Have had this modem for over a month now replacing our Time Warner boxes and haven't had any problems. We stream Netflix, Sling, Amazon TV, Xbox, and several phones and laptops. No issues at all.

Easy set up, and much better performance that the modem the cable company provided. Plus I no longer have to rent the one from the cable company which means this will pay for itself within a year!

Sneaky cable companies don't tell you if you purchase the highest speed internet you need a super high sped modem to accept it. IMO This one was worth the extra as I have had no problems

Excellent modem for small home-based business. It has been solid and reliable with no issues for 2 years now.
