All you have to do is remove it from the box, contact your local provider for internet to activate it, plug into your router and power, then viola! No problems whatsoever.

We have this modem in combo with a netgear nighthawk router/wifi. This has worked great for us with kids online gaming, work laptop usage and streaming tv.

This system works great, worth the $$$, easy install. The only problem was the internet company and having them register the device.

this modem is great. I had a fairly older modem and was only getting 100-120 mbps on a 150 mb download. I now get around 170mb. this gives your internet a little boost!

Bought this modem to replace the modem Vast was leasing me. It will pay for itself in 8 months. Not problems at all with installation or use.

The modem works great. I noticed an increased speed and verified this with a speed test. But the app was completely useless for setting up the modem. I ended up calling Comcast customer service to get the setup done after dealing with the app for 30 minutes.

I bought this modem with a Linksys AC Dual Band. This modem is more than enough for my 200mps service. Had not have a single problem with this modem since I connected it about a month ago.
