It was time to replace my older Arris modem and wanted the fastest I could find without breaking the bank. This modem was a breeze to hook into my Xfinity cable. Well worth the money...

Save your money on renting your own, this moden is future proof and can handle hi speed easily. Works best if you have a seperate wifi router, as it just has 1 ethernet port.

I got this modem to replace the very basic model I got from my cable company (and paid them $12 a month for). It works great and will save me money in the long term. Very happy!

I was looking to purchase a newer Modem that could handle the speeds that were being provided by my ISP. So far, everything has been going good.

The cable modem I bought is excellent in service. It is expensive but worthy in terms of its quality and performance.

Works exactly as advertised and provides reliable and fast speed. Using it with xfinity internet and get the full speed as advertised.

This is a compact cable modem that does what it's suppose to do. Have not run into any problems. This is my second Arris product and no complaints so far within after all these years.

I needed a modem capable of fast internet speeds, and so far it seems to be delivering. Probably not the best option for 1,000 Mbs though (according to the cable guy).

Easy setup, works well with my nighthawk router. You do have to call your ISP to get everything up and running. Took about 10 minutes in all to get my internet up and running.

No hiccups so far. Has been installed for over two weeks and sustained speed and no resetting anymore. Not a computer genius but I know when something works and this modem great!

I went in after purchasing a Nighthawk router and this was recommended to me. It does fine. The rep was very knowledgeable and I'm satisfied.

Paired this with the Velop system and works well. Not too expensive and fast enough for the Xfinity system. Had it a little over a month and so far no problems.

One word...FAST at least with my ISP, took a while to setup and get going but once it did, it never stopped.

Works perfectly in tandem with my mesh router, and I own it, not Spectrum!

I replaced a older model with this. I can’t beleave the speed difference in the two. But I will say this one is alittle slower to boot up after a power loss or reboot.

I can't really rate the product as I couldn't get beyond activation (so I opted for middle rating), as I was told it was not compatible with spectrum (even though I was using a 3.0 prior that I had to replace due to a surge in cable line). Essentially, they won't activate 3.0 modems, only 3.1 (which are more expensive, so I had to cave and wait for one of their modems to be sent to me). I just wanted to post this, and in my trying to find out why, it may come to how they have implemented their services, as it seems, as far as I could find, Comcast still accepts 3.0 modems, so, don't know if there really is a legit reason to just not allow new 3.0 modems to be activated or if they just arbitrarily decided not to in order to force their equipment on consumers
