I went with this Arris modem after other reviews on Best Buy and other sites highly recommended it. I have Cox cable and it just took a call to them to get connectivity. Simple and easy.

So far I have been very pleased with the performance of this modem. No issues. The blue lights are really bright, but I think I have found a way to disable those lights.

Wanted a modem for my Xfinity home cable connection that could handle the currently latest standards, and that had enough channels to not slow down during evening hours when peak traffic usually happens in the neighborhood. I did not want the version with built-in Wi-Fi to avoid the compromises and reduced security that comes with that. I used to buy Netgear and similar consumer routers for Wi-Fi, never again. Asus is good for that, the others, well just Google them... I really like this Surfboard modem, and I like that I can take it to the Best Buy store for replacement if there's a problem. Can't do that with office stores or geek retailers!

After having gone 3 other modems, we couldn't be happier. This modem was a life-saver now that I have to work-from-home.

Does the job this will be paid off after 10 months easy installation with Comcast all you have to do is call their technical support and they'll walk you thru the process simple

Great product! Sounds quality excellent, nose canceling is superb.

Was very easy to setup, however, did require the cable company to "allow" it as it was a different model number than the unit it replaced.

Usually get an Arris modem. Does exactly what it should and saves me from having to pay my ISP $10 a month. Totally worth it

With the increase of download channels from 8 to 24 and from 2.0 to 3.0 in speed along with a new router I can easily support my 15 device network. Very happy and no problems so far.

Good modem but not compatible with Comcast Triple play bundle and had to return same. Shame as really liked the performance of this modem

I would have rather been able to purchase a black model but I had committed to getting rid of Comcast so was pretty much stuck with the white model. I works great and I save money on my Comcast bill that is the important thing, Thanks BB and the sales department.

After purchasing a modem router combo that did not work with Xfinity, I purchased this item with a linksys router recommended by Jean, my go to Best Buy guy. This combo is a winner.

It works. I was having problems with an older DOCSIS 2 modem working with COX. Upgraded to this and it works great.

I was looking to upgrade my modem and the associate said this was the perfect one for my needs. It works great. It’s actually a lot faster then what I was expecting.

This modem worked great for me. The only problem I had was trying to call my internet service provider to set it up on their end.

Bought this to replace an older modem that was beginning to have intermittent performance issues. It was easy to set activate and is working like a charm. Why folks pay for cable modem leases is a mystery to me...

My old modem died. I needed a new one compatible with Spectrum. A Best Buy rep recommended the Arris Surfboard. It works great. Setup was a breeze and all is good!

This modem paired very well with my nighthawk router, and was simple to install even for someone like myself who is a mid range tech savvy individual. Love it.

This modem is fast and quiet. It is working great with our Netgear router. I haven't had any WiFi complaints from our 2 teens!
