This modem is fast and quiet. It is working great with our Netgear router. I haven't had any WiFi complaints from our 2 teens!

Does what it’s supposed to. Kids aren’t complaining about lagging anymore lol. Would recommend to anyone looking at this item.

I have had this for over a year. I think it gets the job done. It’s important to also purchase a great router as this is only a modem- something to keep in mind!

Recently had to update my modem from the ARRIS 6183 to this 6190 model. Much better than paying Spectrum $10 a month since the original modem lasted more than 7 years. Working as it should be

This is my second Arris modem due to my cable provider messing up the ownership transfer of my old one. This brand is reliable and has never presented any problem to me at all. Top quality.

Supported by Xfinity in my area. 3 consoles, 2 PC's, and 4 handheld devices. All gaming and running at the same time. Havn't seen any unaccounted for lag as of yet.

I bought this modem for my Comcast internet service. Modem works great. I do not have cable so I run Netflix and Hulu on 4 different TVs at the same time without any problems.

I bought this to replace the Time warner modem so I could stop paying and extra $10.00 a month in fee's. It seems to be working just fine and will pay for itself in just a few months

good modem no issues just ended up not needing it for my service as the issue wasnt with my modem it was with my wiring.

This is a quality modem that does what it is meant to do. It is fast and it saves me a bundle since I don't have to rent a modem from my internet service provider. It was a pain to set up, but that is more the fault of my ISP than of the equipment.

I waited six months before I reviewed this so I could see if it was a dud. So far it has worked GREAT, no need to reboot!

It works and easy to set up but it doesn't have wifi

This is my upgrade modem from my Surfboard SB6141. It has worked great with my ISP and provides very reliable and fast connectivity. I am glad I chose the Surfboard product line again.

It’s a champ! Set and forget and let it do all the work. Seems to handle everything that I need it for and the set up was simple... beats paying xfynity for their hardware.

Bought to replace the one the cable company rents to you for $10 a month...running multiple items (gaming,hulu, etc...) with no issues.

I changed my previous modem with this and was surprised to see the speed has exactly doubled. I checked with many other modems and find this product as reliable and perfect for me.
