Replaced my 6141 modem for this model. Replacement was simple. Bandwidth has been amazing and buffering on video has been a thing of the past. Great if you have very high speed internet.

Previoiusly had Time Warner complete home package and go tired of the high expense and finally decided to cut back to only internet. Great modem works great with my netgear router.

Fast setup, great connection with no constant rebooting or $10 monthly fee. You do have to register the device with your provider before use.

Great modem. Easy to configure. In fact I didn't have to do anything than plugging in the cable and let the ISP does the rest of the job to get the connection working

Just upgraded from the Arris 6141 to this one. NO complaints with either one so far. Upgraded due to increase in internet service.

For the price this is a good deal. No interruption to service we stream everything online. Phones, tvs, laptops. Happy with this product.
