So far so good..have 7 devices working off it and no problems. That's streaming 2 sometimes 3 tvs.

Had to replace our router and I decided to just upgrade everything. Can tell the difference in our speeds and we have multiple devices connected and stream nearly everything.

Moved to have now Comcast provider wasn't going to spend 11 dollars a month for their device, this works great as a modem my internet speeds are no different.

Purchased to replace Spectrum/TWC supplied modem. This modem supports a 400 mbps download speed use case. Unit has a nice software interface with good information about what the cable company is doing.

Great High Speed Modem has no issues so far only complaint is it Didnt come with a Coax Cable and it came with a Cat5e Cable you would think they would give you atleast Cat6

Time Warner had rated this as one of the better modems. It certainly has the higher speeds although TW only gives you what you pay for and they cut the speed back to the mid 30s.

I wanted to replace the Spectrum modem to get a better signal and reduce cost. So this one was recommended by a key member of the staff. So far it has worked out good.

Returned only because it was not needed but worked great the little time I had it.

Had to replace a SB6141 due to power cord failure; this has been a good purchase to date without any issues. And was on sale so felt like a good price for the performance.

We needed to replace our modem and router, as they were very old and not up to par carrying and routing all the data common these days and when we started to have to reset it frequently, we decided it was time for a new one and headed to Best Buy at Chapel Hill Plaza. We spoke with a rep we had previously worked with and respected his opinion and he reccommended this model and a router. We bought both that night and came home and set them up and both have worked great together in the two months we have had them and there have been no further interruptions in our internet or cable service. Great unit.

This is the best way to get rid of the Comcast router / modem. There was a significant speed increase when I replaced Comcast's unit with this and the Linksys WRT3200ACM router.

Before my internet was lagging in speed. After a quick install and phone call to the internet company, our internet is blazing fast. Even the internet company was impressed!

This works way better than my previous system that I had before this before the device I was using was horrible and old but now with this new technology this device works perfectly I also purchased the Orbi system with it to everything in my house fully connected.

This modem has enough power to speed up our internet on a large tri- level home. We were going to pay extra to Comcast each month for faster service but now I do not have to.

I am using this modem in conjunction with an Apple AirPort Extreme. Great combination, the modem delivers the speed and the router completely covers the house.

This is out second modem from Arris. It was worked just fine from day one no problems set up was simple just a good all around modem.

The router I purchased works flawlessly with my existing Comcast internet service and my Ubiqiti Amplifi HD WIFI. My download speeds have gone from averaging 80 Mbps to 230 Mbps

Why pay for rental fees Monthly from your cable company, when you can own the top Arris modem and it will pay for its self the first year. Highly recommend.

Bought modem on recommendation of BB associate. Modem has met expectations. I believe this cable modem will pretty much work well with any cable company internet provider.
