This is out second modem from Arris. It was worked just fine from day one no problems set up was simple just a good all around modem.

This is a really good modem for faster Internet speed with multiple channels so that it if You live in a busy neighborhood on the Internet your speed will not drop.

Easy set up loved how easy it was to plug it all in and call my cable company and give mac address easiest and quickest modem I have ever set up

As far as MODEMs are concerned...I judge them by...my internet works......with this modem....My Internet Works!!!!!

You shouldn't have to think about a modem and this does just that. I forget it exists because it just works.

In s year, modem charges are gone. This will increase my speed by giving me more “lanes” to access. ( ask the geeks; it’s how they helped me understand the benefit!)

No more monthly charges from my cable provider an by far a more superior modeum then the one I was renting from cable company. The sell price was also a most welcome surprise.

This modem out performs xfinity rental modem. Could only get speeds of 150mb with xfinity modem. After install of ARRIS modem get speeds of 230mb. For superior product.

Love this. Highly recommend buying your own modem and not using the one from our local company. Less buffering, hardly any. Signals are consistent and strong.

Bought this item so won't have to keep paying monthly equipment fee. Feel speedier than one the service provider provides. If it can last 2 years, it will have paid for itself. Keep fingers crossed. Bought extended warrantee thru BestBuy too.

We decided to upgrade our internet speed and needed a new modem to accommodate this. The Arris has done what we need it to and without breaking the bank.

Best modem I could purchase for the money. Previously owned a modem/router combo but I had a lot of connectivity issues. Flawless connection and internet speeds with this modem.

Great value modem to have....why pay the cable company to rent one when you can just own one yourself....excellent value buy.

After doing a lot of research online, I found the deepest reviews recommending this one. After using it for more than six months with Xfinity, I am very happy not to experience the evening slowdowns you get with other modems that don't support as many channels as this one. When you have only 4 channels for download and 4 for upload, you are getting choked by all the other cable internet users (up to 500 customers) in your local group. This puppy has 32 channels down and 8 up, and you really notice the difference. The statistics also show that this modem has few hardware failures, unlike the cheap junk.

My only problem with this is the lights. I have this in my bed room and it just lights up my room. I had to block the lights so it's not so bright

Easy set up and great speed. Replaced an older Arris that lasted 7+ years, so it's been a solid brand for me. Very satisfied.

Works awesome. Was able to get better speeds and lower ping compared to the Spectrum provided modem. Highly recommend.
