This modem is much faster than my last modem. I use a Netgear router with it, and they work weill together. There are four of us streaming lots of stuff all the time, and it is fast.

I bought this after another brand of modem fried after all of 12 hours of use. Modem set up easily and repeatedly confirmed speeds of over 100mbps. Can't complain about that.

Totally helped download and upload speeds. Bad idea to purchase less tech with this product cuz you will need to upgrade within short period of time. Buy once not twice...

Best way to save money. If you supply your own modem you don't have to pay time warner 10 bucks a month. Not toentire since I switched to my own modem my Internet works better.

I've had network issues for sometime and couldn't isolate the router or the modem - so I replaced both of them. The enter system is extremely fast and I have get to have a failure.

Needed a new modem as I didn't want to rent from the ISP company and this one was recommended and works very well for the U/D I receive at my place. Excellent deal.

Does what a modem should do. In conjunction with the Linksys router I also purchased from best buy, I have had no issues connecting to the Internet and streaming videos in 4k.

This is a really good modem for faster Internet speed with multiple channels so that it if You live in a busy neighborhood on the Internet your speed will not drop.

Be sure to register this modem with you service provider. This was replacement for older modem. Installation was simple. In operation within 5 minutes of starting install.

Easily connected with Xfinity and has been working well. Paired with an Orbi pair and get great WiFi throughout my tri-level house

Love this. Highly recommend buying your own modem and not using the one from our local company. Less buffering, hardly any. Signals are consistent and strong.

This device was of good quality. I ended up returning it because I realized it wasn't exactly what I needed. I should have listened to the Best Buy salesperson or read the box more carefully. My fault. They were great about my needing to return it.

My only problem with this is the lights. I have this in my bed room and it just lights up my room. I had to block the lights so it's not so bright

We decided to upgrade our internet speed and needed a new modem to accommodate this. The Arris has done what we need it to and without breaking the bank.

In s year, modem charges are gone. This will increase my speed by giving me more “lanes” to access. ( ask the geeks; it’s how they helped me understand the benefit!)
