I have not had any issues since Comcast installed this modem about 6 weeks ago. One of the Best Buy salesman has this modem with no issues. This modem had mixed reviews with one common theme being people thought the earlier models were more dependable. Despite this feedback, I bought the this higher end model after talking to the salesperson at Best Buy. The rational was to provide some assurance that the modem will be able to handle greater data down loads as technology evolves. i.e. "future proof" the purchase. Given the higher price, my break-even is about 2 years with Comcast and their monthly charge.

Serious upgrade for speed and stability. Took a little bit to set up but I ended up liking that too as it was due to the extra security this provides.

I replaced my modem because my TV programs kept freezing up. This new unit has solved my problem. I’m now downloading at 107 Mbps & uploading at 11 Mbps.

Works wonderfully and easy set-up. App works great for getting information needed while away from its primary location.

The representative told me this was one of the best modems for what I needed. I have extreme internet and this opened up the network for fast gaming.

Plug and pretty much Play. Just had to call my internet provider to verify the new modem. It was up and running in minutes, and our speeds have already increased!

Works well was easy to install added an Orbi unit with it so I am covered in my house and shop

I'm not a gamer, but wanted to improve download speed for online streaming services. My previous modem was several years old, and outdated. I switched to this modem and a mesh router system and have seen marked improvement in download speeds

We got this for our wow 500 mbps internet to upgrade what they gave us. We then hooked it in to a mesh network and we’re pulling over 500 mbps. Works great !

I would highly recommend buying this modem instead of paying a rental fee for as long as you have cable internet. Itll pay for itself in the first year.

best modem I've had so far, bought one for my parents house about a month ago and recently bought another one for mine, small and easy to hide....

Made my internet blazing fast!! I was required to buy a new modem to unlock full potential of my internet speed and this did the job with google Wifi

Device works awesome! I have a 400 MBPS connection with out local cable company and called and had it setup in minutes!

Works very well and is very easy to hide. Looks sleek. I would definitely buy again. It does have a wierd set up though

This modem works nicely for my house. the only problem I have found is the lights on it are a bit bright, other wise its great for my use.

Reliable so far. Owned for 2 months and it has been working well. Glad to not pay internet provider to rent theirs.

This was the second modem that I purchase but I needed WIFI and with this one it only had 1 Ethernet plug but it was really fast when I connected the Ethernet to my laptop.
