Works better that the modem we were renting from Spectrum and we don't have to pay rental fee anymore.

Perfect modem for high speed internet. Upgraded from older model and immediately got the benefit of the speeds for which I pay my cable company.

Virtually plug and play. One simple call to comcast and the monthly was gone. Solved problem that we had with Hulu and other streaming channels.

Received a free speed upgrade from COX and needed a new modem to take advantage of it. This modem allowed me to utilize the full 300Mbs download speeds of the upgrade.

Arris has the best modems, period. Call your local internet provider to make sure it is compatible first.

Bought this modem because it was time for an upgrade from my sb6121. Wasn't as big of an upgrade as I was expecting (for my area) but still a great modem nonetheless.

Rock solid router for everyday internet needs. I moved to a new state and had to replace my old router. This one has been trouble free.

This modem does everything that it is supposed to do. In my opinion it is a great modem. If need be I would buy again.

Went from 30 mbs delivered to my router to 100 mbs. My old modem was similar to what cable companies would provide with your account 3 - 5 years ago.

I have been upgrading all my stuff to the latest and greatest, already had a Docsis 3 cable modem but one of the first motorolas. It handled my Comcast 75mbps data speed just fine. Actually was getting up to 90. It does make a difference to have 32x8 streaming. Until I upgrade to faster data speed with Comcast I won't see faster download or upload speeds but... and a big but, the throughput of my devices either when I have 4 or 5 connected or if it's in Comcast high traffic times, the new cable modem is much faster. The cable modem is the bottleneck or the multi lane highway. I am glad I got the 1gb modem.

This is a real great modem for those who want their own instead of cable company's. I haven't had any issues as of yet and with a good router you don't have to worry about too much bad connections or buffering. Nighthawk router is what I use with modem.

Better than the one came with my internet provider. direct cable connect reached the maximum speed we subscribed.

Turns on kinda slow but when it is on it maximizes the internet that is available. Ready for Google fiber that is coming in a few months so should be pretty amazing.
