Better than your rental from your cable company

decent modem, front blue led lights way too bright

It occasionally lags, but Im not sure its my cable provider, modem or router. The lights on it are way too bright, makes for a great night light

ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem
