ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable is good. I am very please with it and I have not had any problem with my internet.

We purchased this item to replace an old setup we had been using for the last 5+ years. So far, it's been well worth the upgrade !!

upgraded from SB 6121 to sb6190 .Modem takes sometime to connect to comcast network when restarted every time, speed is good. but seems pricey. anyway Comcast will upgrade their network equipment everytime and we too have to update with them

This modem is exactly as advertised. Modem setup was a breeze out of the box and Comcast had no issue programming it on their end.

I purchased to replace the modem I was renting from the cable company. Saving $10/month, pays for itself pretty quickly. Setup was very easy.

As described, a great option for use with Suddenlink internet service instead of renting their equipment.

This is a good router. If you want to be ahead of the curve when they update get the one a level higher. For now this one works great.

Always dependable routers, the Arris Surfboard 3.0 continues the tradition. Have put many of these in Customer's homes and no failures.

I've switched from DSL to cable recently and purchased this cable modem instead of leasing the companies equipment. Over many years of leasing ISP equipment, I've learned the cost you will pay over the life time of the lease will always be more expensive than purchasing your own equipment. This is a rock solid modem. The only point that may be an irritation is the length of time the modem takes to reboot if needed. Otherwise, I couldn't recommend this modem any more.

No issues thus far. Everything works and that's what should happen. I have Xfinity as my provider too.

I needed a new modem and this is the one I got. Good speeds for my internet capability. Decent warranty for a device that operates 24 hours a day.

Got tired of paying $10 a month for a modem rental. I run 100 mbps and this works just as well as the one from my cable provider.

This is the first modern I’ve had that I have not had in to restart or reset... it jus stays connected and delivers on average about 326mbps!!!

I upgraded my internet with Cox and needed a faster modem. Was quite fast, but after that initial speed test, the past few weeks have slowed down. not sure if thats Cox or the modem. But still faster than my previous service.

Just what I needed. Got one 5 years ago and I was so please with it that I got a second one. Highly recommend.
