Solid modem that works perfectly

Suddenlink confusion...

I was then told that the modem wasn't working. It was not sending a signal. So unfortunately i had to return the modem. Then after returning and purchasing another modem, i was told that this modem was actually working fine. I hope this area develops faster so that there will be more options than suddenlink. Awesome modem though.

This one takes a VERY long time to boot up (10-15 minutes). I thought it was broken. Preforms as promised once it runs.

Great Cable Modem for High Speeds
