However, I now have Gigabit service from my ISP and the fastest download speeds (using Speedtest CLI) I have been able to achieve are about 725Mbps. With that said, even the ARRIS website and other reviews only recommend this modem for internet service plans up to 600Mbps (even though the box says up to 1.4Gbps download speeds).

No 5G

Now I was told that we have 5G capability but can not get it on this modem. We have had it less than a year and works good just wish our design would have included 5G. We did not know the difference but had a representative come to our home to design full system for us. I looked at the 5G on line and do not wish to spend that much when we already have a working modem. Would like the option of 5G.
