    Tired of paying cable company for TV and cut the cord. Still required Internet and would cost $10 per month plus tax to get their modem. Bought this one and will payback in a little over a year. Unit worked right out of the box as it said it would and no long waits on the phone to activate it with Comcast. It takes you to a site and you activate it online. Slick. Has the latest updated software and you can update the firmware. This is a very good deal and should serve my household for years to come.
