Solid cable modem

Arris - SURFboard Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem

Great modum

Connects at the speed it should; doesn’t drop.

Top Notch Service

He protected me with a face guard hand coverings and footies. He analyzed the situation and even showed me that i could return the modem I had purchased at the store. He connected everything, tested it and made sure that all worked. He even showed me a few tricks on my television. I am happy it was David who represented the Geek Squad.
