Replaced older unit because of drop outs

Kept testing connection from cable company that showed no issues. Been having unreliable WiFi for months finally made me try to resolve the issue starting with the modem. It was cheaper than replacing my AC 1900 router. The modem went through a connection process with my cable company and after a minute it was secure. 5 bar signal now everywhere in house even 2 levels down in basement

It's fast
