Modem has been working great. Last one got hit by lightning. Mediacom was terrible on activating it but what else is new.

Works well with mediacom 100 mps. No regerts. I recommend if you are looking for a decent cable modem for around $100.

Bought this to replace my cox modem. Much faster internet now, easy replacement with a quick call to Cox.

I have used other modems with my cox cable (300 MBPS) connection, the Arris - SURFboard 6190 is the fastest of hem all.

This cable modem screams and if future proof with all the downstream channels. Can't wait for gigabit service to be available.

Equipment update. Even though the modem has increased speed, Exfinity has not increased speed. Still a good setup..

I've had this modem for several weeks now. Reliable and hasn't needed a reboot yet. My only compliant is that the lights are so bright at night it's become a night light that is not needed.

Ordered online on bestbuy.com. Picked up at the store within the hour. I could've ordered from Amazon but dont want to risk damaged delivery and returns, so this time I opted for same day store pickup at my Best Buy local store. Got it out of box, connected and plugged it in. Called Comcast suuport to activate new device and was up and running. No problems so far, connections consistent.

My only complaint of this modem is the bright blue lights that it emits, which makes it problematic in a bedroom. .
