We started having a lot of issues with our internet signal. It got to the point where I was calling at least twice a week because we would not have internet. After months of calling and "troubleshooting" I bought this modem. We have not lost connection since installation and paired with the Apple router it works great!

I had security problems and didn't realize that part of it was from the combo router/modem. The new duet is much better and this is part of it (using an eero router with this which can include the new mesh technology).
