Spectrum/Time Warner would tell is there were no problems any time we dropped our signal. It must be router, they would say. Well, they were wrong! We no longer are losing signal while just watching Netflix or Hulu.(We were right under modern and router). Replaced and no issues! We went a few years believing, until we talked to Best Buy.
