Using on Commiecast. Much better than leasing a modem for a monthly fee. Called Comcast and gave them MAC ID and was online in less than 15 minutes. Modem is definitely not bottlenecking connection up or down. Used so far for 11 months with only one or two reconnection issues that were resolved by a reboot.

This cable modem is Good value for the money. Replaces the modem provided by Xfinity-Comcast.

Great way to save money instead of renting from the cable company.

You will not be disappointed with this cable modem and the Arris customer service is top notch. Had to call about an issue I was having. Customer service figured out the issue and it was a problem with the cable provider. The cable provider had been out to my house three times already.

I don't mean it gets hot... it's smoking fast! And, I bought for the future when I get a bigger pipe.

Bought this to replace older modem. Works great with our faster 100 mb internet speed.

Works great but comparability with some routers was a bit of a issue. Thing is I had bought the prior model of this one and it worked great until one day it was missing packets in the data transfer. I’ve heard that they have a shelf life but 30 months doesn’t seem right. Hopefully this newer model will last a bit longer.

My tuxedo cat of 7 years really loves this modem. It seems to emit some sort of fumes I cannot sense and is very warm on his head, both of which he loves. He is often napping on this modem or playing with it. Highly recommended.

Purchased this cable modem after my previous cable modem stopped working. A Comcast tech recommended this modem. I've had it for a little over a year and it hasn't given me any issues. If you're looking for a fancy cable modem that has client software to configure it l'd look else where. This modem doesn't have a lot of configuration options which, I imagine, for most users is probably fine.

I purchased this cable modem to use with Gigabyte internet. About 11 months after I bought it the Ethernet port quit working on it. I called Arris up and they replaced it I just had to pay shipping. New unit it’s working great. Also very good customer service at Arris from my experience!

I got my mom's internet set up and use this modem. Haven't had any problems with it, and she is happy

This is my third modem of this brand. That last long and work fine.

Purchased this modem to stop renting one from my internet provided. Easy to install and no issues.

Works great for the inter webs connection for the family yes.

Buying this will save you $168 a year on ISP modem rental fees

I bought because friend of my recommended, but I have not try yet, I just hope that I like it. And I hear that is excellent and that why I give 5 starts.
