Worked…Until it didn’t

Then over the next 4-5 months, began experiencing issues. Most issues were manageable until one night it was continuing to have problems for a out 4-5 jours with very inconsistent internet (works but slow to not working at all). I tried to blame on ISP provider, because after resetting the modem, internet would work for short period before it stopped again. Went to store, bought a Netgear nighthawk CM1000 and havent looked back.

Stop renting modems

Have less issues with it and better bandwidth and uptime. Stop renting and buy one of these. I work in IT and recommend this.

Easy setup

I activated the modem by giving them the I'd number and model and manfufacturer

Fantastic Wi Fi System

The signal strength is the best I've ever had in a home network. Normally don't review products, but had to share my thoughts on this one. The best!!!!

Works Good No Problems so Far

Had to make a call to someone that spoke some English and got it programmed into my account. Have had no problems. Really do not see much difference between this and the TW unit, except don't have to pay $10 a month rental.

Great product and easy set up

It was the last straw when they told me that I had to pay $35 for the tech to visit my house to upgrade the modem. I want skeptical at first but was up and running within 15 mins.
