    Spent hours on the phone with customer service and finally got everything working. Now that its up and running I really like it but it was a bear to get to this point

    I purchased this based on what I felt was a good compromise. The installer said to spend about $200 on a router. This unit wasn't the lowest but also wasn't the highest or even close to $200. It has met my needs and provided seamless WiFi access.

    Are old modem was getting pretty old and the signal wasn’t very strong. We invested in this one and our internet problem was fixed. We got a better and stronger signal all the way around our house.

    So far so good. I did think the modem stopped working and I called Arris and they were going to replace it but it turned out that it was due to an outage that Comcast was unaware of. I am very happy with their customer service.

    I bought this modem for a property in DE; unfortunately, I selected the wrong item as it did not have WiFi incorporated. I was excited to see if it would impact my service. Best Buy was great about it - allowed me to exchange for a modem/wifi unit.
