Great modem. Have xfinity blast and it does the job. I already have a wireless router, so there was not point in getting a all in one. also I have the choice of always upgrading my wireless router without worrying about it working with Comcast.

I initially bought the modem router combo surfboard but I was unhappy with the wifi speeds I was getting. I returned the combo and got this stand alone modem. Then I added the Orbi wifi router and got better wifi speeds and better coverage.

It seems to be a good working router no complaints at all

Works exactly as advertised. Tested my speed which is supposed to be 200 mb and it was delivering solid 235 at the Ethernet port.

Perfect up date for a condo renovation that had a substandard cable modem and not effective for current use Added a Linksys Velop WiFi system for whole condo attached to this component

Arris - Surfboard is a great product. I have been using their modems for years without any issues. Sturdy products at solid prices. I will definitely purchase a surfboard next time I need a modem.

Good upgrade from 6141 since Comcast no longer supports it.

This has the ability to provide plenty of channels, what you need to know about that is basically, it can handle all the devices you are using. If you dont have the up and down lanes you basically cant handle what you have in your home.

This modem gets you faster speeds. It worked for me.

Bought this modem to eliminate paying a monthly rental to Comcast. Despite what both Arris and Xfinity/Comcast say, this modem is not fully compatible with the Xfinity rented modem. If you are using a wireless Xfinity box, you need MoCA capability. This Arris modem does not have MoCA capability. It is being returned to Best Buy.

My Motorola Surfboard was over 10 years old. Sometimes we would lose our connection with Spectrum. I bought a new modem thinking it would be better. The new modem works, but I still lose my connection occasionally. It must be another issue. The new modem works so I am ok with it.

Modem has provided constant speeds but uploads and downloads.

I have been using this product since last 4 months and looks like it slows down on performance and requires reboot to gain control. Reset for me is easy via the xfinity app. But, it is definitely an inconvenience.
