Great help in store to make a decision to buy this modem. I wanted to replace my Xfinity modem, save on rental and get better connection speeds. Coupled this with a good wireless router and much faster connection.

We purchased this by recommendation from a Best Buy associate. It was purchased to replace a Spectrum unit that was not performing. My only complaint is it is not equipped with enough ports. We had to purchase a separate unit to finish hooking up the computer and the Google Wi-Fi unit

I purchased and installed this over 1 yr ago and i have never had any issues. I've upgraded the software 1x and it was a fairy simple process. I just wish my internet speed stayed as steady from my provider.

This is such an improvement over the Gateway Router from Xfinity. Theirs would disconnect randomly or cause us to have to restart it almost on a monthly basis.

I had to buy this brand for it to work with my internet provider, but I am liking it. I like that Best Buy offers products to use so I didn’t have to pay cable company monthly rent for their product

This is actually my second time purchasing an artist modem and I have to say They have not let me down. There are many options for the mps but I would say go based off of your WiFi providers amount.

I was able to install and setup this modem with few problems. I do wish the instructions were more in dept than they are. I am used to having to change various parameters on routers and I hoped this would be similar.

I purchased this to replace my outdated modem. It works great. I love the extra channels to connect to. My previous one was an Arris also but it was outdated. Would recommend.

We got a mesh system and the sales rep at Best Buy told us we need this one to keep up with the system. He was so right I get great WIFI though out the house it’s amazing.

Bought this modem to go with my eero’s. Had issues with my Spectrum equipment and decided I needed better products if I wanted to sustain quality WiFi, this did the trick.

We were having issues with our internet connecting and disconnecting while trying to download programs, etc. The internet provider suggested a new modem. We purchased and have been happy with the results.

I have a fairly large family and each member has about three devices that needs to be connected to the WiFi. This Moderm offers quite a decent amount of channels that helps combat that issue.

did not know about the curbside service until I got there, but the clerks were nice enough to get me what I needed and check me out in front of the store ....very nice.

My old SB modem started acting flakey about 5 years in so the cable company recommended a new one to get my connection reliable again. Connection is rock solid and lightning fast now with this new modem.

Had kept calling out spectrum over and over and couldn’t get the internet WiFi to work at my house. I used a new router with this modem and now it works perfect.

Very satisfied with this replacement modem. Lower price and equal quality to other options.

After reading online review about the Hw bugs with the 32x16 modem, I decide to get this. Worked perfectly and instantly boost my downlink speed to 200mbs evening during peak time.

I bought this because it makes more sense to me to have my own setup rather than having to pay my service provider to rent theirs and save money in the long run. That being said, I’m paying for 250mbps and the max WiFi speeds I’m getting with this modem and my router is about 140mbps.

l upgraded to this router because the last one l had was only a 8x4 channel and this one is a 32x8. l noticed a difference, this is a good router if you are looking to upgrade from an older one.
